The Space:
This five bedroom home is perfect for groups to travel together!
Downstairs features a great room with a spacious living room, smart TV, a generously sized dining table for meals, or games; and a well-appointed kitchen, stocked with cooking equipment to create a basic meal. A separate powder room is located right off the living room. Bedroom 1 is on the main level and includes a queen bed, and a spacious lux bathroom with a soaker tub, shower room, and spacious walk-in closet.
Upstairs features a sitting area and work station for a perfect reading nook or remote work spot. 4 bedrooms with jack-and-jill bathrooms. Each bedroom upstairs is attached to a bathroom that is shared with one adjoining bedroom.
Enjoy a private patio with BBQ grill and spacious outdoor dining table, or sit on the front porch like a local with your favorite beverage and enjoy the scenes of the neighborhood.

Your group will have full, private access to the whole house.

Located two blocks from the streetcar line, groups can easily spend the day exploring the French Quarter or Marigny neighborhoods. Street art is everywhere, covering buildings throughout the neighborhood.
The house is less than a mile walk from the live-music paradise of Frenchmen Street, and a 15-minute walk to Bourbon St and the Mississippi River.
Walgreen's, Starbucks, and Robert's upscale grocery store are .7 miles away. While street parking is generally available, there is a fair amount of street traffic and the block is a mix of residential homes and commercial businesses including the popular Dee's Xquisite Seafood and two dive bars: the GOAT and Poor Boy's.
The home is in an up-and-coming area in between the well-known Treme and Marigny neighborhoods.
Less than a mile away, you can hang at the Hi-Ho Lounge which has nightly live music, comedy, and dance parties; Kajun's Pub, a 24-hour karaoke bar; and The AllWays Lounge & Cabaret with drag shows and local theatrical productions.
