Welcome to Little River Cottage - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern log cabin which accommodates 6 guests.  This pet friendly home is conveniently located 10 minutes from Dupont State Forest and approximately 15 minutes from Pisgah National Forest and Downtown Brevard!  The main floor of Little River Cottage is home to the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area.  The kitchen boasts new appliances, a gas stove, and all the dishes and cookware needed to prepare meals during your vacation.  The dining table has seating for 6 and the living area is perfectly cozy for relaxing by the gas fireplace.  The laundry room is just off the kitchen, complete with a full size washer and dryer and a handy utility sink.

The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor and is complete with a massive walk in closet and King sized bed.  The ensuite bathroom comes with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a stand up shower with glass enclosure - perfect for unwinding after a day hiking or biking in one of the nearby forests!

As you travel downstairs to the lower level, you will be greeted by a second living area with comfortable seating, another gas fireplace, puzzles for entertainment, and a large television for streaming.  The second bedroom is home to a King sized bed and the third bedroom also boasts a King sized bed.  A second full bathroom is also found on the lower level of the home.

The outdoor spaces at Little River Cottage make the home even more ideal.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the roking chairs on the covered front porch, with string lights for mood lighting.  A gas grill is located on the porch and the fully fenced in yard is complete with a fire pit for telling stories and toasting s'mores.
