Welcome to our brand new villa located in the Village of DeLuna, just west of The Village of St. Johns.
Enjoy the incredible kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook. If you don't feel like cooking, we're close to lots of great dining options! And if you prefer, feel free to use the golf cart to get around.
Relax on brand-new furniture or explore all of the great paths for walking & biking. Also within walking distance: pickle ball courts and the community swimming pool, and so much more. Come and explore what our neighborhood has to offer.

2025 Winter Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at Lee and Mathis' property. It felt like home. We were comfortable the minute we opened the front door. The owners were so very helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. Close to a walking trail, pool, shuffle board, bocce, tennis and pickle ball and more - it was a great find.

Lovely Home in Wonderful De Luna
Lovely Home in our favorite Village of De Luna. The owners were easy to communicate with. The golf cart was new and ran great. Nice open floor plan to talk while in the kitchen. Close to Finney and Brownwood.

We are considering moving to the Villsges and turned to VRBO when we were unable to secure a place through The Villages for an exploratory visit. Hosts were very communicative and responsive, even when we encountered a snafu with the guest passes on our arrival date. Highly recommend!!!
