We were two couples on a two-night winter hiking getaway and we would rent this cabin again anytime. It was a great stay. This cabin was the perfect location for two great hikes we did (Glory Hole and Magnolia Falls) and it's close also to Smith Creek Preserve and Boxley Valley trails - and others. We loved that it had two comfortable king-bed bedrooms, each with a bathroom on two levels. Plenty of space. The main house was very open with easy seating. Smallish kitchen but plenty of space for 4. Big deck with nice overview. We used the firepit only one night because of cool night temps but it was very nice.Owners were very responsive - something we value with any rental experience. We give this cabin a 5 star because it was a great stay, very comfortable and perfect for our needs -- one of our favorite stays for great bedroom/bathroom spaces. To keep things real and for those who care, there is some wear-and-tear outside and charcoal grill is worn but workable. Also it's not remote/ near main road but big space and nice broad sunrise view. Tips: bring what you need (we forgot foil and nonstick spray); not many 'renter leftovers.' And pick up a bag of ice (ice trays, not ice maker). It's clear in rental description you need to bring your own consumables, although there were plenty of paper towels and TP provided for two nights. FYI, coffee pot on counter is a drip style (and there were filters) but we also found a pod-style coffee maker in a cabinet if you like that.
We were super impressed with the cabin! The view was like no other and the abundance of waterfalls in the area was absolutely incredible! Definitely will revisit and recommend others to visit!
We had so much fun reconnecting and hiking the beautiful area. Jasper Pizza is a must too. We cooked inside due to weather but next time hope to grill and enjoy the outside more. The cabin is very quiet and quaint.
We were two couples who came to ride our RZR’s on the local trails. This beautiful little cabin was perfect as we both had a king size bed and our own full bathroom. The cabin was well stocked with most items we needed for cooking. The view was gorgeous from the front and side porch !
We did find this cabin a bit too far from the trails for our liking but that was certainly not the owners fault. You need to go further south unless you want to trailer and hope to find a place to park your truck & trailer. Also a warning. The driveway entrance is extremely narrow if you’re pulling trailers. We had to rub a lot into the cedar tree to make it.
All in all this is a nice cabin that I would not hesitate to recommend
We have stayed at many cabins in the area over the years and this has to be one of the best. My wife asked how come we have not stayed here before. She said it was her favorite! Great location for us as we visit the area for side x side riding. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Host were very quick on response to any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!!
Would stay here again anytime we're in Arkansas. Enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the porch warching the sunrise. Has everything you would need for your stay..
The cabin was a good choice. Very affordable. Pretty far into a remote land, however Wi-Fi worked well. If you are looking to get away from it all, it is a great place to stay!
Booked the cabin for my wife and I to enjoy some cooler temperatures and get away from the busy city life. It was so enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful sitting out on the deck at night. The cabin was super clean and perfect for us.
It was a wonderful stay! Very beautiful view and the cabin was beautiful! First class all the way! We couldn’t have been happier! Thank you so much and God bless you!
Cabin was clean and the landscape was beautiful. It had all the essentials to make a the stay very nice. It had beautiful views of the mountains. The cabin does need some upkeep and maintenance though. The wood siding was curling away from the structure, the string lights around the porch dimely flickered, and the side patio door would not lock. Our stay was great though and the cabin is lovely. Just needs some upkeep.

One night stay
We stayed one night after a week of camping. Hoping to wash our laundry but the dryer was broken and we were unable to dry any of our clothes. Had to hang them on the porch to dry!
The cabin was the perfect size for my family. It was so cozy, with a beautiful view. We loved watching the fireflies at night, and the rabbits hopping around in the morning. It was so relaxing just sitting on the swing enjoying the view.
Our stay was outstanding. The cabin was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We hope to visit again sometime in the future.
