Piney Woods Cottage, is charming and convenient to hospitals, colleges and lots of recreation. Nestled amidst tall pines on a hill, near Lake Rogers Park with fishing, boat rentals, hiking/biking trails and playgrounds. It is less than two miles from Rt. 85 with easy access to restaurants, markets and entertainment.
Freshly updated just now on the market for the first time. This house is all new inside, with lots of windows/natural light and air flow. NEW kitchen/dining area, NEW bathroom w/walk in shower… and a spacious living room. Manicured yard with classic tall pine trees, Red Buds…in early stages of garden development, that will grow with time.
