Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Located just around the corner from the beautiful Margaritaville Resort. Hawk Island Paradise accommodates 10 guests with views of the lake all throughout the home. This incredible 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for your lake escape any time of year featuring a breathtaking sunroom, updated kitchen, and large dock with slip to spend the summer days enjoying lake life!
Walk into the incredible home and immediately feel welcomed with spectacular views of the lake. To the right is the first bedroom with 2 queen beds. To the left of the front door is the spacious living room/ kitchen and dining area. The Kitchen is fully stocked for your stay with dishes, cups, silverware, and much more. There is seating for 10 between the table and the buffet table behind the couch. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom. Don't forget to spend the summer nights on the screened-in porch just off the main floor watching the sunset or sipping your morning coffee.
The lower level welcomes you to a large sunroom and sitting area, to hang around and play games while taking in the beautiful view. Just off the sunroom are two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On either side of the sunroom are patio/ balconies that are sure to give everyone in the group enough space to enjoy the outside.
The dock features a slip with tiki lights and a seating area. Along with a large swim platform for you to gather and splash around. The entire family will love the wet steps and dive platform.
Dock: 15x40 and a V shape 11x34
Parking: There is room for 5 cars
NO trailer parking
