Great location!

We spent some time in Carmel, while taking our daughter on a few college visits. The condo was very nice, and best of all was the location. Great spot in downtown Carmel, with easy, walkable access to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Also, only a very short drive to Meijer, as well as access to expressways. We would definitely consider another stay when visiting the Indianapolis area.

Fantastic property, amazing location!

The property was incredible and nicely furnished. Communication with the property owner was easy and she was very responsive. One of the best parts was the location, being above a chocolate shop and within a short walk of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay in Carmel

The unit was beyond amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend. Joann was a FABULOUS host and was so easy to communicate with. The unit had everything you would need and we especially loved the coffee maker. This place was amazing and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. 6/5 starts if that is possible.

Perfect location!

The condo was a perfect choice for our Christmas getaway. It had everything we needed. It was perfectly clean. The location was ideal for walking everywhere for drinks, meals and to the Christkindlmarkt. We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy all the outdoor eating places.

Loved it

Beautiful place with all the amenities and we could walk everywhere. The arts district is so cute, plus we could walk for coffee, a brewery nearby and good pizza. We never saw the owners but communicating with them was very easy as far as the booking process, any questions were answered promptly. All in all a fabulous experience! Thank you!

What a find!

Where else can you stay above a chocolate shop? This was a great town house in a great area of Carmel. Right outside the door are shops, restaurants and an amazing walking trail. This was an amazing find!

Phish at Ruoff Music Center (Deer Creek)

A group of four of us have stayed at this condo for the past three times Phish has played at Deer Creek. Great location...great property...great owners! Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Wonderful!

Awesome Stay!

We came out for Memorial Day Weekend and wow, this place is perfect! Joann was great, the place was super clean, tons of space, right in the heart of the action in the Art District and very safe. Bedrooms were huge and kitchen was loaded with more amenities than we knew what to do with (I may need to purchase a similar coffee/espresso maker for home!). Definitely a place we will look to stay at again for any future visits to the area.

Enjoyed stay in Carmel

This is a lovely property right in the heart of downtown Carmel. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and the Monon Trail. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing and Joann was very responsive.

Really, Really Nice

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Even though it’s right off Main Street, it considerably quiets down in the evening. Did not meet the owners in person but they were very nice and responsive communicating by messaging and texting. For anyone who likes chocolate, they need to visit the owner’s chocolate shop directly below. Was visiting Carmel for only a short time to witness the total solar eclipse so only stayed in the condo a couple nights. Wished we had more time to enjoy the comforts of the condo especially the modern kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a really, really nice place to stay at while visiting the area.

Another excellent stay

We have stayed here in the past (we have family in Carmel) and it is convenient to Main Street, parking, and the space is open and welcoming. The host is also very responsive. We enjoy staying here as it’s a larger footprint than a hotel with 2.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. We plan to stay here again when we return. Thank you!

In the heart of it all!

This place was just steps off Main Street and all the shops. We parked the car and never had to use it the whole weekend! Lovely place with all the necessary items and plenty of places near by to shop and eat!

Because it is close to many restaurants and event venues! It is comfortable and beautiful! and, it is right above our chocolate shop.

What makes this property unique

All 1400 sq ft of this condo have been remodeled to include the best appliances plus cozy and fun surroundings. We bring anything related to 'chocolate' from our travels to adorn the space and make it unique and interesting. Its modern kitchen with all the latest appliances plus a JURA Swiss coffee machine. You can enjoy a perfect cup of coffee any time of the day and avoid a wait at a coffee shop.
The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing after a busy day of strolling/ biking the Monon Trail.
A beautiful master bedroom with a modern bathroom makes you want to stay longer.
Located in the center of the Arts District in Carmel, but away from all the noise.
There are two flights of stairs, one leading to the main room from the entrance door, and a second leading to the upstairs bedrooms.
Please take this into consideration before booking for your own safety and comfort.
