Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot. Parking may be up to 2 blocks away.
• Beach access from the north access road.

You will LOVE our oceanview studio !! This is a perfect unit for the guests that want privacy and pools at a rate that doesnt break the bank. The key to this location is privacy !! its your little corner of the building. Wonderful Oceanview balcony so you can see the ocean & the river.
