With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, a full kitchen, a laundry room, a pool table, and a ping pong table. This home has it all. But that's just the inside. Outside you'll find a beautiful patio, a deck complete with a fire table, and a grill. Then there's an amazing new hot tub. You're also just a short drive to the community area where there is a beach, a fishing dock, cornhole, bocce ball, tetherball, picnic tables, and more. The community also boasts swimming pools, tennis, basketball, & volleyball courts, and a soccer field. Access to all amenities is included. The house is within a few minutes of amazing hiking trails and waterfalls, Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap, Camelback & Shawnee ski & summer areas, Kalahari indoor water park, factory outlet shopping, Pocono raceway, Mt. Airy casino, and beautiful state parks
