The community itself easy to navigate and offers multiple pools/hot tubs, laundry rooms (for a fee), and plenty of unrestricted parking. Lots of mature landscaping and grass for the nature lover. Located in the northern part of the city with easy access to the PS Aerial Tramway and the Freeway.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
