There were a few small glitches when we checked in, both of which Josh solved promptly and efficiently. We could not log onto the Wi-Fi network until we spoke with Josh on the phone, and he gave us the backup password. Also, we had trouble locking/unlocking the door until again Josh guided us through the process. My suggestion for explaining the process in the opening instructions would be as follows:“To open the door, use the electronic keypad that is installed on the door, not the manual one that is installed next to the door. Enter your 4-digit code, then press the Schlage button at the top, then turn the lock counterclockwise to open.To lock the door, again use the electronic keypad that is installed on the door, not the manual one that is installed next to the door. Enter your 4-digit code, then press the Schlage button at the top, then turn the lock clockwise to lock the door.”This facility was exactly what it was advertised to be. Very clean and comfortable, lots of extras including recreational equipment, plenty of parking, lots of amenities, close to the beach and other entertainment venues, and plenty of room. Josh was extremely helpful and professional. We would strongly recommend this VRBO and, based on our positive experience, any others that Josh represents. Thanks for a great time.
