The condo was impeccable, mattresses are great, kitchen has a good supply of pots and pans. We were a short walking distance from Clearwater Beach, restaurants . Communication with management is great We enjoyed our stay a lot

Fantastic condo!

The pictures of the property were spot-on accurate! This is a beautiful, spacious property. Very clean. The location was great. Saw a beautiful sunrise every day from our balcony. Can’t say enough about it. We would definitely come back here again and again! Great communication from our host Kevin. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed the condo, very impressed with accommodations but would like to note that the handle to the bedroom on the right was off The last day there was a group that monopolized the pool with drinking and smoking and we were unable to use

Great stay! Family Trip

Everything was great, we had a wonderful vacation. The place was clean and ideal for the family. The location was close to everything. Walking anywhere was easy, especially to the beach. The addition of the pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. The place was very clean and any needs were taken care of immediately. Diane was great and communicated with us whenever something came up! Would stay here again.

Great location

Shopping, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Unit was nice size for the 7 of us. Large kitchen and well equipped for cooking, 3 bathrooms were nice for our size group. Unit was clean. The king size mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced (rolled into the middle), could not find sheets for pull out sofa, washer worked but needs to be replaces (squealed while filling with water ( called and someone was sent out right away to check it out, he agreed needed to be replaced). Management team responded quickly to our needs. We would stay again.

Great location and space!

My family and I stayed here for our first visit to Clearwater beach and loved it. The location was perfect for our teenagers to walk safely anywhere they needed to go. The other reviews are true we watched dolphins from the covered porch nearly everyday, it was the best spot for coffee every morning. The space was clean and roomy for us, with almost everything you could need to start your stay. Quick and prompt communication with host was helpful when the bathroom sink didn’t drain, they sent someone to fix it, same day! We debated on staying more north of pier 60 and were so glad we didn’t…ice cream, coffee, shopping, great restaurants all walking distance. The beach was just a short walk, easy to carry what we needed to avoid paying to park! We would return in a heartbeat!

Clearwater Beach review

Excellent location if you’re a beach lover. Condo was very comfortable but should probably update appliances. Ice maker didn’t work but no big deal. Gas station across the street had ice.

Perfect vacation spot

This apartment is great. Location is good can walk to beach and restaurants. Everything you need is in the apartment. Great view from balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We loved the size and location of the condo. Didn’t know how we would feel about being on the bay side but still a beautiful view to wake up to. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the cheap toilet paper provided and the dirty dishes in the cabinets. Other then that it was a great trip.

Beautiful view of Marina

Great condo with a view. The walk to beach access was a little farther than expected but nice beach. Pool was cold water which was refreshing. We had trouble with one of our beds and maintenance had it fixed within the end of the day.

Condo is great. Building sucks. Didn’t have peace. Right above the pool. Zero noise barrier. Ugh!

The condo is great inside but the building and its amenities are horrible. There are 25 units in the building.each unit houses at least six people. The pool is tiny even by residential standards and there’s a sign on the wall of the pool that says “10 person occupancy maximum” and there were almost always more than 10 people there. There’s no bathroom next to the pool and we watched other people in the pool NEVER take a bathroom break. So you know they were going in the pool. There wasn’t a single cart available to move stuff from the car to the room. We had to haul our luggage, cooler, food, groceries to the room. That sucked HUGELY. This specific condo has an extra problem because it is directly above the pool. It is so close that my kids would throw their pool floats onto the balcony instead of carrying them upstairs. There was a party of 10 women who were traveling together. anything anyone said had to be responded to with hooting, hollering or screaming. The noise ordinance on Clearwater Beach says they can do this legally from 7 AM to 10 PM. Forget napping or getting to bed early. Noises from the pool would get loud enough to drown out the TV. Beach waters were extremely hot so everyone avoided the beaches and were at the pool all day. The pool deck is tiny. unless you’re lucky enough to be one of the first three persons there then you have to sit right up against the pool. Because of splashing, reading a book or phone can’t be done safely. Vacation ruined

Wonderful place to stay

This was a lovely place. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues, but the company that takes care of issues were excellent and prompt on helping us. The refrigerator stopped working and they got a new one the next day! They were willing to drive 45 minutes to empty our food from the fridge when the other one came. They were great to work with! I highly recommend this beautiful place. You will see dolphins playing in the mornings out your window.

A great place

We stayed at this place with two other families. The three bed/three bath condo allowed for private space for each family. Rooms were nice sized and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the bay view every morning off the back balcony. We saw dolphins and watched the boats come and go. The condo is a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and was within walking distance to anything we wanted to do! I highly recommend this condo and Clearwater Beach!

Perfect Getaway!

Upon arrival I had all the codes and information for the property. Brand new beautiful furnishings and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Close to everything! Beautiful views. Nice, heated pool. Saw dolphins from our balcony. Secured/gated parking. Any issue was handled immediately (a battery went out in the smoke detector). Property manager and employees were respectful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
