Located at Cape Coral´s southernmost point, Villa Vanity is a perfect choice for up to 6 guests who want to stay close to the water. In addition to its prime location, this vacation home was completely refurbished in 2023 - offering highly modern amenities, premium furniture and tasteful deco elements. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and allergy sufferers will appreciate the combination of hardwood and tile floors. In addition, lush palm trees grace the garden – a perfect sight to get you ready for your vacation.

Villa Vanity features 3 comfortable bedrooms, complete with king-size beds and TVs. Of course, every bedroom can be completely darkened and has its own bathroom. Most guests immediately fall in love with the master bathroom – no wonder, as this oasis not only offers generous dimensions, but also a walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink.

The living area is a perfect place to kick back and socialize with your friends, relax on the sofa and enjoy movie nights. Also located in the living area is a kitchen that offers all the amenities you need on vacation: XXL refrigerator with ice-machine, oven, stove plates, microwave and a dishwasher. Toaster, coffee maker and enough dishes for your whole family are available, too. When your meal is ready, you can freely choose where to eat: The large dining table can seat 6 people, while the small table and the bar stools in the kitchen are ideal for snacks.

Of course, the beautiful weather in the Sunshine State lends itself to outside dining – no problem. Only a sliding door separates the living area from the lanai where another table is located. Or would you like to celebrate your vacation with a barbecue? Then, you are more than welcome to use the villa´s gas grill.

Swimming fans have another reason to hit the lanai: Here, you will find a heatable swimming pool that can be used at any weather. Sunbeds are available if you want to work on your tan and enjoy beautiful canal views. Or do you love bubbling warm water? Then, just hop into the villa´s spa. For extra convenience, two bedrooms can be accessed from the pool area, so you do not have to take a detour through the house.

A true highlight of the Villa Vanity is its location in southern Cape Coral: From here, boaters will reach the Gulf of Mexico in just 5 minutes – leaving them with more time to explore beautiful spots like Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island. Safe and dry boat storage is guaranteed, as the villa features a dock with electric lift.

On land, the location leaves nothing to be desired, either: Only a 4–8 minute drive separates you from the supermarkets Publix and Walmart, so you can do your grocery shopping in no time. If you do not feel like cooking, just take a short walk to Cape Harbour with its excellent restaurants and bars. Or how about relaxing under palm trees? No problem. In 15 minutes, you will reach Cape Coral´s public beach by car. Another popular attraction is Rotary Park, 3.7 miles to the east. In addition to a playground, this oasis features boardwalks that let you explore Florida´s mangrove forests the easy way.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
