great location
I arrived at 3:30, check in was at 4pm. I approached the cleaner outside who was working in the game room. I told her that I knew I was early but could I please just put my food in the freezer. She said it was fine that she was finished she only had to mop the floors in the game room. Before the cleaner left she let me know that there were extra towels in the dryer if we needed them. After the cleaner left and I started bringing in my things when I started to notice that the place had not really been cleaned to well. Coffee grinds and coffee still in machine not cleaned. Kitchen floor was sticky also the table. The dog bed was broken, the main upstairs bathroom shower did not work and when I reached out to management I was told that turning it on was tricky and that they would send me a video. Seriously? The gas stove would not light. When I contacted management I was told that it was just serviced and that I would have to light the stove manually with a match. The master bedroom trash can was full and the remote for the TV had no batteries and no way to watch TV. The hot tub was filthy, I sent a video to management and was told that if I wanted the cleaners to come back that I could call them myself. There were heaters in every room, which were needed for the freezing bedrooms however only 2 worked the rest were broken. None of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked.
