All rooms in the Koya Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. The master bedroom has two queen beds– when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features one queen bed and one twin-sized bed. It has its own bath down the hall. That bathroom also is where the laundry room it located that features (2)modern full size washer/dryers. There is also a large sofa in the living room. The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. The Koya Suite is about 1,800 sq ft and the deck and pool easily adds another 1,000.

We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room.

The sofa in the living room can be used as another bed.We offer a true gourmet kitchen - beach towels, boogie boards, ice coolers, ironing boards, laundry detergent – almost everything that you could think of.

The infinity pool is shared with guests of our other property and we use a reservation system to allow guests to privately reserve the pool for a preferred time slot (max reservations 3 hours daily). Endless Pools installed a Fastlane device in our pool and it is now available for guests to use. The hot tub is in a private location that offers the same stunning views as the rest of the estate. Just Eh.. needs a deep clean.

The house has spectacular views but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There are massive spider webs on the vegetation as you walk in and the grounds look unkept. The pool looked dirty, so I refused to get it or let my young family in it. The house smelled of mildew and apparently “roaches are a way of life”.I saw a young roach come out of the outlet on my last night and wheres one there’s many. Tons of small holes and cracks throughout the house which allows for roaches to hide and The house just seemed unfinished. Need a lot of work. Definitely not worth the stay for the amount of money.
Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2025
