A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.

The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.

Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.

Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and much more are also close by.

Perfect Location

Loved our stay here in Nags Head. It was the perfect location, and the perfect size for our family, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. Great location! Nicely appointed unit!

This property is very nicely located near great restaurants (Sam & Omie’s!), Jeanette’s Pier, and a short drive to Roanoke Island and Manteo. Also, about a 20 minute drive to Oregon Inlet and the Pea Island Nature Preserve (tundra swans, herons, white pelicans, coots, and tons of ducks). The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and nice tvs. The only thing we didn’t like was the thirty two steps up to the second floor which was a bit problematic with taking the dog out (we are in our 70s). There is a freight elevator which was very helpful getting luggage and groceries in.

Great people beautiful location

From attentiveness to kindness the property caretakers and property realtor were above and beyond! They really take care of their guests. We had a beautiful stay and got to see tons of dolphins which really made the trip.

This unit was cute, updated, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The management staff was responsive and friendly. Great condo! Centrally located to explore areas north and south of Nags Head. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our meals during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property. Clean, stocked kitchen. 100 steps to the beach. Out of the hustle and bustle yet 5 to 20 minutes from almost everything. Joe was a wonderful host. Prompt response to messages and great suggestions. Mike and Lisa were wonderful property managers. Would definitely book again.

Amazing location with close beach access

This condo was ideal for our family of 5 and pet dog. We loved the short walk to beach to catch amazing sunrises, then play in sand and water in the afternoon. So many great restaurants within minutes - like Captain George’s seafood buffet, Outer Banks Brewing station and great subs steps away at Stop n Shop. We even walked to Proof bakery for the best donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Wright brothers museum is around the corner and nearby Jockey’s ridge was a favorite. Such a great value for this location!
