A brand new bungalow on Anastasia Island. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedding, high speed WIFI, private paver backyard, and all the amenities you need for a serene family getaway. Outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the sands. A tropical gem on the island. Perfect for your Saint Augustine getaway!

Parking can easily handle 2-3 vehicles on driveway and 1-2 vehicles inside the 2-car garage.

Sandy Toes is located in a quiet and safe subdivision on Anastasia Island on the west side of A1A. It's a perfect location where you can get an affordable rate but still within arms reach to everything St. Augustine has to offer: The beach, the amphitheater, and the historic Downtown St. Augustine.

If you are exploring Anastasia Island, you can reach almost every major attractions by bike. Driving will make the travel even shorter and there are ample parking everywhere.

We have an active video and audio recording device installed at the front door that monitors the front porch, driveway and the front yard for security purpose only. The device has a motion sensor activation and only record when there is movement detected.
Mostly use common sense to be good guests. Here are a few specifics:

1. When returning from your adventure whether it's the beach or the wilderness, please wash off dirt/sand from body using the outside spigot/shower before entering the house.

2. Trash and recycling pickups are scheduled on Monday morning. If your stay overnight on Sunday, kindly request you take the garbage and recycling bins out and bringing them back in when pickup is complete. This schedule will not be affected by any holidays.

3. No horse play inside the house, no jumping up and down on beds, no graffities of any kind except writing and drawing inside the provided guest sketchbook (please be respectful);

4. In order for us to provide a great experience for all guests, guests shall follow the check-in/check-out policies established by the property manager. These policies are written in the Guest Notebook. The property manager will also send out courtesy reminders at the appropriate time.

Note: Check out time for each stay is at 10am in the morning of the checkout day unless special arrangement has been made explicitly between the guest and the primary host. Any request for staying over pass the checkout time requires communication at minimum 12 hours in advance of checkout time and is subject to an additional $80 holdover fee for an extension up to one hour. Please note, unwanted overstaying guests after a proper warning from the host is a misdemeanor under Florida Statutes F.S. 509.141.

5. Guests who conduct the following activities on the premise of the property are in violation of Florida laws and shall be asked to leave immediately: illegally possesses or deals in controlled substances as defined in Florida Statutes chapter 893 or is intoxicated, profane, lewd, or brawling; who indulges in any language or conduct which disturbs the peace and comfort of others or which injures the reputation, dignity, or standing of this establishment;

6. PETS. The property has a fully fenced backyard for your pets' enjoyment. We love animals and your dogs are welcome to stay with a $100 pet fee. Maximum one dog allowed. We ask that you don't allow them on the beds or furniture. If you cannot keep them off the couches, please bring covers to protect them. Absolutely no pets on the bed. You will be financially responsible for any markings or damage from your pets. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of the garbage outside.

7. Routine Maintenance- To maintain the property in its best condition, we have routine exterior maintenances (yard maintenance, pest control, etc.) scheduled for the property periodically during working hours (Monday - Friday in the window of 9am to 4pm). We normally do not provide notifications for exterior routine maintenances. Our vendors are respectful professionals and they understand to minimize disturbance as possible during their site visits. Please be respectful to them and let them do their job. We will never schedule routine interior maintenances during your stay. If you are experiencing any inconvenience due to our vendors' action, please let us know.

The house really does look brand new, inside and out. Very well appointed and easy to find. Very comfortable beds. Very affordable rate, even for just one night. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Very nice property. Brand new home !

This property was very nice and the property manager could not have been nicer. The beds were so comfortable ,and we were provided plenty of towels etc. The kitchen has a very nice bar island, with bar stools, and also a nice table. The cookware was of good quality and —- a pleasure to use. The property manager was prompt to attend to our wishes. I’m glad we rented this nice new house.
