We had a wonderful time!

The house was exactly as photographed and the rooms were as large as they appeared in pictures, honestly, even larger than imagined. However, the walls are paper thin - while going to sleep upstairs one night in the top floor primary suite, we could hear the conversations of others sitting around the pool as if they were right outside our 3rd story window. Also, when we showed up, the floors were a little dirty and the vacuum we found was spitting everything it vacuumed back out - luckily we found a broom and did not mind sweeping the main floor a little.

Thanksgiving in Cape May

Everything was as advertised we had a great time - all 11 of our family together for Thanksgiving. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. House had everything we needed and was a pleasure. A great place for a larger gathering.

All Girls weekend 2024

House was beautiful all the necessities that you would need in the kitchen pot pans coffee makers, Quality sheets and comforters one comment at the girls on the first floor mentioned that another mirror would be helpful. There was only one in the bathroom and if someone was there, you couldn’t check yourselves

Cape May annual high school reunion

Great! We needed the elevator as we are 72-73 yrs old and feeling our age. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of beds to pick from. Having a Keurig and regular coffee maker was appreciated. Thank you for having beach chairs and towels. The only thing that bothered us was the presence of many tiny flying insects.

Sibling Gettogether

Hot tub, heated pool, and elevator were important as we are all close to or over 70 and they were heavenly. We were all able to navigate easily to and from the three floors and the pool/spa areas. Entire house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail, i.e. kitchen is well equipped, pillows and afghans are plentiful and lovely, bathrooms have all the necessary supplies. It was a pleasure to vacation here!

An Outstanding Family Vacation

An outstanding house; as advertised it was new construction so all new appliances. Only a 3½-block walk to the beach and as a bonus (along with many other amenities) the house supplies beach tags for thirteen adults (no tags required for children under twelve years). Our grandchildren (and some of their parents) LOVED the backyard pool. Beach towels are at the house, beach chairs are in a locker at the beach; the house has three floors for six bedrooms but also has an elevator which was extremely helpful for luggage; coffee makers with coffee, the list goes on; the host/owner was ultra-responsive for the few mundane questions we had; very large driveway and spacious garage, although on-street parking is free, unlike the area closer to "downtown" Cape May; the center of town (ie Washington Street Mall) is about a twenty-minute walk which is about the only less-than-glowing comment I could make. We will definitely look to stay here again in future years.

Awesome Week

Size & floorplan worked great for our family group of 7 adults and 2 children. Loved that bedding, towels, & beach towels were provided. Lovely pool/spa enjoyed by all in our party and super convenient beach box access. Needs some interior paint refreshing to cover scuffed walls, maybe some upgrading of plastic dinnerware to glass/ceramic, a shade umbrella for lounge area on pool patio, and shorter passcode for door. Excellent weather, location, and time had by all. Thanks to Billy for outstanding communications.

A great week!

Our week in cape May was extra special this year with our stay here. The home is perfect for many groups. We all had our own bathrooms , bedrooms, and ample privacy. But had plenty of space to congregate for game nights and pool time! The walk to the beach can be done with ease as well as bike rides into town! Bikes on property is a fantastic bonus to make the trip and getting around even better. The elevator makes for simplicity with luggage and family members who can’t always do the stairs. The home has just about everything you could need for a great stay! We did travel early in season, so I clear if the home had yet to get a deep clean, but only very specific piece of feedback would to focus deeper on bathroom cleanliness esp, baseboards and those dust bunnies that can pile up in bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect and we certainly hope to return!

International reunion

We came together from the US, Germany and the UK. Adults- no kids this time. The property worked well for us. The weather was nice enough to use the jacuzzi. The elevator was convenient to haul luggage around. Easy walk to beach and town. Nice gathering areas. Would rent this property again.

Fabulous in every way we need to

Phenomenal house with a Wonderful layout and very functional in every aspect. The common area in the kitchen and family room is spectacular, A wonderful spot to hang out and spend time with family and friends. The house was great for a group of friends, but also would be ideal for families. The pool and hot tub are incredible and such a treat. Walking distance to the beach and many different locations Definitely will be back another time!

Amazing property

We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our families to celebrate an 80th birthday. The elevator helped my mother in law move around the house with ease . The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The location was convenient. This kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had nice touches to make us all feel at home.

Wonderful vacation home

This is a perfect place to stay in the Cape. This house is beautiful and everything high end. Brand new, beautifully furnished and well stocked. We loved that linens were included and beds made upon arrival along with a nice welcome basket. There was plenty of room for our large family group, a big kitchen and nice large dining table and the elevator was great for our older family members and getting luggage up and down. Even in the cold Dec temps we sat in the screened porch bundled up and watched a xmas movie! We enjoyed the pool just had a little difficultly getting the temperature right in the hot tub as it turns off automatically pretty frequently and would cool down while we were in it. The prop manager was easy to work with and quick to respond. Good location walking distance to the beach.

Everything you could ask for and more

Everything has been thought of in this beautiful home. Our three generations found space in our togetherness, many laughs around the large table and the kitchen held conversations for HOURS. We were so busy having fun inside and around town we did not use the beautiful pool and hot tub. Thank you for the welcome basket, leaving some cooking staples, and providing extra supplies for cleaning. They truly go above and beyond for their guests and you feel at home the minute you check in. The host was quick to respond with any question…we had a wonderful vacation.

I stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette party and it was great. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room on the couch and at the dining table for the whole group. I loved that there were sheets and towels available as well.
