The four large suites, each with its private bathroom are equipped with original and superior quality material, warm and tropical furnishings that offer the feeling of a 5-star Balinese Hotel.
The master bedroom, poolside, is directly adjacent to the "kids" bedroom by a sliding door, allowing a couple with a child to enjoy this layout in complete safety and family proximity.

The 100 sqm living room with fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the panoramic terrace and the 11m infinity pool is a creation of the owner of the premises, quite unique for the island of Koh Samui.
This space also offers access to a rooftop lounge area and a cinema room which will allow the vacationers to make the most of the premises at any time of the day or night, and regardless of the weather, may the sun shine or the rain fall - the space will be source of fun or relaxation whatever mood you are in.

Our team, made up of May and Zay, who live on site in their private annex, allows L3 tenants to enjoy quality hotel service throughout their stay. From your arrival at the airport, or at the pier, welcomed by a private driver, your arrival at the villa will be refreshing and full of surprises.
A continental breakfast is offered to you and served each morning, and our team will be at your disposal, and available throughout your stay for any service or additional need that will allow your holiday at L3 to be truly unique and unforgettable.


Villa L3 guarantees full and private access to the entirety of the property;
Including a private and secured parking allowing spaces for several motorbikes and 3 cars covered by CCTV.
The entrance is gated and locked by a secure system and CCTV. Private stairs all the way to the different levels of the Villa.

There are four bedroom suites with en-suite bathroom, and one kid room. The roof top sun deck offers lounges for all vacationers, as well as bean bags and sun beds for maximum confort and make the most of all the sun terraces dispersed across the villa.
Outdoor sittings are also available on each balconies, to enjoy a little "me-time" or the amazing view with friends or family and look back on the amazing time already spent on the island.

The living area is really a majestic space, large with high ceilings, including the full equipped kitchen, with eight sittings dinning table and six high chairs by the counter top.

The 11m long infinity pool has 2 benches for progressive entry and safety, and goes from 1m40 to 2m30 !!! Yes, we are talking real pool, here...
