Completed in March, 2023, this home overlooks Mt Antero and Mt Princeton with amazing views. Home was custom-built with wrap-around deck, and in-floor radiant heat throughout. Fully equipped with all high-end appliances, and finishes. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms upstairs. Basement/garage converted to kids zone, also with heated floors, bunkbeds, tv/game room, and garage doors that open both sides to allow open-air concept.
