A memorable Rocky Mountain getaway awaits at this vacation rental! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located near downtown Idaho Springs. Enjoy the rustic atmosphere and modern conveniences while relaxing in the cozy interior or by the fire pit after partaking in classic Colorado adventures. To experience the area's famous sights and activities, shred the nearby ski slopes, pan for gold, hike to St. Mary's Glacier, raft along Clear Creek, and even drive the Mt. Evans Scenic Byway.

Enjoy this spectacular 3,250 sf home located at I-70 and Clear Creek, great location with easy access to ATVing, skiing, hiking, razor and motorcycle trails, rafting, and hot springs.

Not far from cities such as Georgetown, the Idaho Springs mining district, historic Central City and its adjacent city, Black Hawk, Winter Park ski resort, 25 min /Loveland ski resort.

Our house is located on Stanley Road. The driveway goes down and has a turn. There is a large area for parking and next to our beautiful house, a huge garage is available for your use.

As you drive up to the home you will be drawn to a large sun room with views of the majestic mountains and a private hot tub available for 24-hour use.
In the back of the house you will see Clear Creek and you can hear the sound of the creek when you are inside.
Plenty of parking!

-2 isolated rooms upstairs with full beds, (no bathroom in this area)
-The master bedroom with king bed (no private bathroom)
-bathroom with shower and bathtub on the main floor
-2 bathrooms on the ground floor. One is attached to the family room.
-The basement has a family room with a beautiful queen size bed, a full sleeper sofa and also has a 58" Roku smart TV ready for you to stream all your favorites. A wood burning fireplace and a separate exit to the large backyard, and a second full bathroom with shower
-The living room has a new sectional, with a full sofa bed included and another loveseat equipped with a queen size sofa bed that is very comfortable and cozy. High ceilings and access to the large back deck, the deck actually wraps around the entire house. The living room also has a 75" Roku smart TV ready for you to stream all your favorites.
-The kitchen has a large countertop and 3 stools to sit on. In the kitchen there is a small coffee area.
-The dining room, the perfect place for a cozy meal, which also has a wood-burning fireplace next to the table for 9 people.
-The laundry room connected to the kitchen with full size washer and dryer.

Beautiful home in the mountains! Nicely furnished, everything you could need at the home, perfect for our family. Nice outdoor area and hot tub is lovely. Only negative would be the location, the surrounding area isn’t super nice, but not negative enough that I would not book again. Great hosts!

An amazing place

It's a beautiful place and in a perfect location. It was the perfect place for my family to relax. Especially after snowboarding and snow tubing. It was a great place to have Thanksgiving and create new memories with my family

Beautiful Mountain Home

Meticulously clean and decorated. Super host and very well stocked. Gave a very mountain getaway vibe. Beautiful back yard BBQ area and spectacular indoor hot tub area. Super happy with our entire experience and stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time!!! Even though there were 10 of us, ages 13-69 we were all able to enjoy time together in the large dining room and patios and also able to separate when needed quiet time alone. The facility had everything we needed and was so close to all our acttivites. We will definitely be back!!

Home was close to our wedding venue

Great Location for Skiing at Loveland

PROS: We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very comfortable, well- stocked, and plenty of beds. We loved the hot tub room after a day of skiing! The location is great for skiing at Loveland ski area. Communication was quick and responsive with host. CONS: Unfortunately, the basement bedroom smelled from sump-pit, which made it a little tough to be downstairs. To be fair, we did not share this issue with the host until we checked out because our stay was short and we did not want a plumber in the house with all of our stuff. Just a heads-up: We got a note at check-in about not flushing toilet paper. This was not in the listing, but we were able to cope fine.

Great ski home base

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The hot tub after a long day of skiing and the Pac-Man game in the lower level made for a lot of laughs. The listing was pretty accurate and we felt comfortable during our stay. We had an issue with the stove and the host replaced it while we were still there - great service. In full transparency, there was a note with checkin regarding not flushing toilet paper that was not in the listing, but we were able to manage just fine. This was a responsive host and a nice stay for four skiing friends!

Good home base for Loveland Ski Area

Our family spent Christmas week here, as a home base to go out skiing at Loveland. It provided enough space, kitchen was pretty well equipped for home cooking, and was relatively convenient to Loveland, stores, and other small towns nearby! Its neighborhood isn't particularly cozy but it's great value for the efficient location.

Great house for families

We had two families staying at the house with 6 children total all ages 7 and under. The house was perfect and the layout was fantastic to make sure people had space a quiet space to sleep - and they had toys and book too! Everything was clean and cozy, and about equal driving distance to both Georgetown and Idaho Springs. Hot tub seemed brand new and was very clean. We will stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful very convenient and accommodated. My family for a dinner gathering.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Has three levels a lot of space and accommodated. My family of 14 people just fine . The manager gave quick responses and was very welcoming to my family. This property was very clean and very convenient as it sits right off the highway. I will give this property five stars if I could six it was amazing and thank you for allowing me to stay.

Great Home and Location

We stayed here for a quick girls weekend and the house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and space to accommodate everyone. The house is super cute and clean. The indoor hot tub is a great perk of renting this house. It does take a little while for the hot tub to heat up, so adjust the temp as soon as you arrive. There is some road noise from the highway as the owner describes in the home description, however it is not obnoxious or loud inside of the house. The location is great, just outside of Idaho Springs, but not right in town or near all of the touristy areas so you have some privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay in Dumont

The house was clean and spacious. Our group loved the hot tub and proximity to the river. The noise from the highway is quite loud at night if the windows are open. Otherwise a great stay.

Great Property, Misleading Description

This is a hard review because the host and property are easily a 5 out of 5, but the misleading description information is too important to ignore. Pros: clean, easy highway access, well decorated, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, furniture comfortable, fenced in yard, garage available for parking Cons: highway noise (not terribly loud, but might affect some sleepers if utilizing the downstairs bedroom or main level family room for sleeping), bathroom locations (two in basement, one on main floor, none on second floor) Now about the misleading description. As of our booking description says, "The master bedroom with king bed has an attached bathroom with shower with tub." The described bedroom is on the main floor with a bathroom near it, but not attached. There is no entrance to that bathroom from the bedroom. Furthermore, both of the other bathrooms are in the basement. This means anyone using the "2 isolated bedrooms upstairs with full beds" and the "living room .. with a full sofa bed included and another loveseat equipped with a queen sofa bed" will also be using that bathroom. That is 10 out of the 14 potential occupants having their easiest to access bathroom be one that is advertised as attached to the master. A fairly reasonable solution is to just establish that others go to the basement, but that isn't an option for everyone as was our case. It also doesn't do anything to solve the lack of privacy that a truly attached bathroom affords. Accurately knowing what to expect impacts any trip, so misleading descriptions are a huge no-no.
