School Trip Successful

Perfect for 14 students and 4 adults lots to do in the area and at the house. The students really enjoyed the pool. We prepared meals, the kitchen was stocked for our needs with pots, pans, bowls, plates etc.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well supplied. Very spacious and awesome game room. Communication with the property manager was speedy and check-in was a breeze!

A good family house

We enjoyed the game room and the theming of the bedrooms. The kitchen could have been stocked better for a house that sleeps 20. There were not enough dishes and cups for that many. There were also not enough blankets/comforters for all the beds. The listing was incorrect and showed a sofa bed which was not there. Overall, very clean and we enjoyed the clubhouse amenities as well. It took 30-40 minutes to get to Disney with traffic.

Great multi family thanksgiving

Property looked even better than the pictures. Teens really enjoyed the game and pool spaces. A lot of kitchenware available, we were able to cook a full thanksgiving meal and had plenty of dishwater, serving plates and utensils.

Great communication and great house!

We really enjoyed this home during a week vacation with family. It was large enough to accommodate everyone. It was clean, and I liked how there were no carpets.The hidden room under the stairs was a big hit with the kids.The game room was very well put together, and I liked how they didn't repurpose a garage, so it was truly like additional finished space in the home.The location, while far from the clubhouse, was ok.My only complaint is the house didn't come with much, such as utensils for cooking, towels, pool toys, etc. The pots and pans were old, scratched up.Refreshen the kitchen utensils, add some extra towels and pool toys and then this house would be perfect.

Favorite vacation house ever

Stayed her last august and plan to stay every year we come down for family vacation. It’s clean spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. Also such an easy renting process. Love this house!

Me , my children and grandchildren stayed almost a week here. The property was immaculate, very responsive host, the resort very nice, although we were rained out 2xs. We did however, enjoy our stay.

The property was a little big for us as we only had 6, but it was still perfect! The host was very accommodating and very good at responding to us quickly. We loved it so much we requested to extend our stay and the process was so easy! Would love to stay here when we’re back next year!

Family Vacation Stay

Our family really enjoyed this property. Everything in the home was as advertised. The rooms were beautiful and the furniture in the living areas was large and very nice. Especially loved the large sectional. The game room was amazing and the kids loved it. The only thing I would mention is to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Also, towels were supplied but no wash cloths. The host was quick to provide information and answer any questions. Overall we gave the property 5 stars.

Family Vacation Treasure

Everything about this house was even better than it looked in the listing or pictures. If you are looking for a home for a big family event or trip, this is it. We booked this house for a family reunion type vacation with a nice big group of family members and kids ranging from four years to 17 years old. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our needs with four king bedrooms, the two themed bunk rooms and the fantastic Harry Potter room with full sized beds. The game room, movie room/loft upstairs, and the nice big family room meant that we had plenty of room to spread out when we needed space but lots of seating in the main family room when we wanted to be together as well. Our family enjoyed the water parks that were part of the neighborhood , but it was great to have our own pool as well as the littles wanted to swim every minute possible. We came from all over the US so we were also grateful that the house came with lots of pool towels (as well as plenty bath towels for everyone too!). The kitchen had just what we needed for a big group of 15 too. Our host was very easy to get ahold of, and went above and beyond to assist us, and even help recover a misplaced Amazon item. I had been nervous to coordinate such a big trip and this was like a dream. It was easy to get to all the parks— but with traffic I’d maybe plan on 40 min to universal and 30ish to the Disney parks. I have only good things to say about this property, neighborhood and host! Book it now!!

Really enjoyed the place.

Everything was clean and fresh. The house was beautiful and spacious. Kids loved the game room and adults enjoyed huge TVs on the first and second floor. Beds were extremely comfortable, I had one of the best sleeps in a while. The AC was excellent and the rooms were cold. The only issues we encountered was with dishwasher(some plastic part of the mechanism was broken, the fridge(it took forever to get cold(2 days) and it was leaking until I managed to rectify the issue) and the pool. Pool cleaners came early in the day and we couldn’t access the pool for 4.5 hours due to chemicals and the cleaning process itself. I mentioned this to owner and they gave us one day of heated pool (30$ value) for free for our inconvenience. We were happy but quickly realized it will take roughly 12 or more hours to get hot. By the time we had to check out at 10 AM it was finally hot but ironically we couldn’t use it. The separate community itself was very meh, extremely crowded, the lazy river was only 3ft deep and the arcades (Think there were only 7) were 1$ each. Not a great deal given the quality of the games. We quickly turned around and left home. Overall it’s a great place and I would definitely want to come back to with the family outside of these small issues.

Our POV as yearly travellers to Florida!

My family and I just stayed at this house for 13 days! We are a large group of 12 and thought the house was great for the sizing!! When we first came in the house we were awed by the open space and large rooms and knew it was going to be great for all of us so we weren’t going to be squeezed into anywhere. However were sadly disappointed when we realized we had no clean towels ( they were left in the wash for us to do ) no face cloths ( we had to call the owner to get someone to bring us some ) no dish rags or dish towels, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that we also had to do. Considering we had a very long travel day that was something we weren’t expecting to have to do. Thankfully the owner was quick to respond so we got face cloths and dish towels the day after. In general we loved the house. The size is what really sold us. However when doing our initial check of everything else, there were socks under beds, Bobby pins in bed sheets, hair in the bath tub, so with that and the towels etc we were really concerned that the house hadn’t been cleaned or at least cleaned properly before our arrival. Also to be noted there isn’t a lot of pots n pans, or Tupperware to be used. The community the house is in is great, and the main pool area with bar and slides were a hit for our family. Overall was a great stay, we just feel maybe a new cleaning crew or a check after the clean would be beneficial for the owner as it’s such a beautiful home.
