The multi-level deck offers plenty of outdoor seating for watching swans and egrets as you enjoy breakfast, and tons of privacy to make for a fun-filled, memorable vacation for the whole family. Nature preserve walking paths just steps away. Bring your kayak to launch from shore. Amenities include two full bathrooms, air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, open outdoor shower (semi-see through lattice enclosure). West Dennis Beach is only 3.4 miles away!

Fabulous vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication with MMVR, easy key pickup - would definitely rent through them again. The house itself was perfect for us. Spectacular property, gorgeous views, loads of space, and the extra fridge in the basement was handy. The downstairs bedroom could definitely benefit from an AC unit - even with all 3 fans on, it was a hot room. Would have loved to use the kayaks to explore the pond - such a tease to see them but not be able to use them :)
