Spring Break Trip

Nice accommodations with a very responsive host. Well stocked with plenty of room. Very near to San Marcos and the river. Parking and check in were easy with a nice patio to sit out and relax.

Nice place to stay!

Home was cute, clean, and comfortable! Even though it says tiny home, there was plenty of room for 3 adults. Pretty close to Don’s Fish Camp to float the river and to San Marcos. We would definitely stay again!

Cute place

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our trip to San Marcos. It was convenient and a short drive to many popular destinations. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great! Communication with the host was excellent!

Great location outside of all the hustle and bustle

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient for us since we were in town visiting someone just down the road. This location is outside of town away from all the traffic, but close enough that we were able to quickly go into town for food.

Labor Day getaway

Game Day Weekend

Perfect and cozy for a game weekend in San Marcos. The house was close to everything but also still in the country and quiet. Would definitely stay again. House was clean and comfortable for 4 people.

Maria had all the things needed for our stay-extra towels, body soaps, etc. The home was comfy & very clean! Location was ideal- very short drive- 5 to 10 minutes to town. We enjoyed our stay!

Great space

This was a very clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay for our weekend getaway to float down the San Marcos river. It is a very short, easy drive into San Marcos. We had a great stay! I'll check if this space is available for our future trips. Thank you!

Country feel minutes from everything

Loved this property. Still looks and feels like you're in the country but it's 10 minutes to everything in San Marcos. Came in via 130 and didn't have to deal with IH35 at all. The house is decorated so cute. Super clean, lovely patio area that was great for morning coffee. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful 1-night stay. Everything pristinely clean and looks brand new. Stocked with needed amenities, snacks and supplies. Host immediately responsive to any questions or needs. House is out from town in a rural area, but not isolated- felt very safe. Quick drive to downtown San Marcos in just a few minutes without having to get on the highway. For a long stay, no laundry would be a disadvantage. Peaceful setting- great for river floats, college visits or base for sightseeing.
