Why they chose this property
I frequented Lucea for 10 years. I always loved being so close to the sea. Oceanpointe is a close-knit community that is safe and tranquil. It blends modern amenities with with easy-going countryside/beach life away from the hustle and bustle but with good access to fun things to do and if the perfect base from which to explore Western Jamaica.
What makes this property unique
Our home is in a cul-de-sac on a large 7700sqft lot. You can relax in the cheerfully lit, modern and comfortably furnished home; take a walk to the clubhouse to access the pool, gym, ball courts... or even venture across the road to the beach. It's the perfect spot for the family or a group of friends.
