This small slice of heaven was amazing! It allowed us to just check out and reconnect. Our stay was so peaceful and its location is convenient for quick trip in town if you need something. Thanks for sharing!
This cabin is really amazing. It’s much better then the pictures you see online in the listings. We loved every minute of our trip. It is completely surrounded with lush green trees and vegetation. Also, It’s not super far from the main road. Would definitely love to visit it again soon.
Property was just as described. Rustic and primitive away from it all in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful with the only sounds being from nature. We would definitely recommend it if you are looking to unplug from the stresses of everyday life.
This was a paradise in "The Middle of Nowhere". Literally!! Exactly as listed and so much more. The gentle stream trickles over the shelves of shale into a pool of water shadowed by rhododendron. Evening brings frogs croaking in tune while relaxing on the porch swing on the covered patio. Our 2 shiatsus just chillin in the breeze, sniffing the clean air. The "cleavy" water that kept me feeling so soft for a week after leaving. We WILL be back for more

If you're looking for a quiet, romantic hide away. This is your spot. Completely surrounded by trees. There's a couple neighbors close, but we were still able to feel alone. There's not many places to eat besides chain restaurants and a couple local spots. But everything you need to cook a quick meal is there at the cabin. There's a small hiking trail on the property and a few other places close by.
If you're looking for a place to kick back and forget about all of your daily stresses..then this is it. Set back in a secluded hollow you will experience a trickling waterfall surrounded by absolute quiet. As the sun sets, the crickets will start chirping and the frogs will begin to sing. The coolness of the mountain air will grace this cabin with its wonderful aroma. If you're an early riser, say 4-6 am yo'll be amazed by absolute quiet and absolute darkness...almost like being in a cave.
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as were the sheets/bedding and pillows. The bathroom is spotless.
Only negative was the step when coming out the front door. I lost my footing twice and my wife wound up on the deck. Best to just get rid of the step. Easy fix.
We highly recommend!!
