We've been renting one week every summer for over 30 years on LBI and love the family time and memories we've made with three or four generations gathering together. In 2022 we finally realized our dream of owning a home on LBI and we're happy to share it with you! We hope you'll make lasting memories here on LBI with your loved ones!
Why they chose this property
This home is ideal for spending time together with one whole open concept floor for cooking, eating, playing and laughing around the gas fireplace. Listening to music on the roof top deck around the gas fire pit while watching the sun go down over the bay is so relaxing - and you can see the ocean in the other direction! The beach is right at the end of the block with lifeguards within a block and LBI has a Gator service that will drive you right onto the beach to make it accessible to all! When you need a break from the beach there are bicycles for your use, a ping pong table in the garage, and a wood burning fire pit in the fenced in side yard. There is no shortage of great restaurants and shopping on the island and of course, Fantasy Island amusement park and a water park!
