Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Great stay for 1night or multiple nights.

We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The place is perfect and the location is great if you want to be near downtown Wilmington. We Walked to several restaurants. We almost got snowed in, which was unexpected for Wilmington. Our host was very willing to work with us if we couldn’t get out. Would stay again. Go to Oliveras restaurant one block away. Wonderful restaurant.

Two day after Christmas getaway

From the wonderfully clean smell as we walked up the stairs, to the awesome balcony/porch we relaxed on while the rain gently fell, to relaxing watching some late night TV in the comfy living room, the Farmhouse exceeded our expectations! Great location - we walked most places! And our doggies loved it, too!! Highly recommend!!

Close to UNC Wilmington

I had to make sure the house was close enough for me to make it to graduation on time and it was perfect! The host is extremely responsive, emailed him at 1am to ask if we could extend and he replied in 10 min.

Very cute

This was a very cute property with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch and walking down to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Most importantly, the host is very responsive and accommodating to all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Birthday Celebration

We were supposed to go to Charleston for my daughter's 21st birthday but Tropical Storm Debby had other plans for us. I rented this unit so we could be close to downtown for us to go to a nice dinner (Circa 1922 is so delicious!) and be close for her and her friends to go out and celebrate and either walk or uber back to the unit. Despite the horrible weather we all had a great time. The location was perfect and the unit easily accommodated the seven of us. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described. It's a very old house with I'm sure a lot of history. And it is on a street made of bricks which really makes you feel like you're back in time. However don't let the age of the house fool you, it has been refurbished and has all the up to date amenities. Really loved how each bedroom had their own TV and the beds were comfy! Great communication with the host. You can't ask for a better location. It's very close to downtown and not far from Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. I highly recommend this property

Beyond excellent!

So we were actually staying as a family to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday and the owners were the kindest sweetest people! It is a gorgeously decorated home in the middle of historic Wilmington the home itself is historic and over 100 years old the houses around you have plaques telling you their history. A great place to bring your animals and take them for walks so peaceful and quiet at night beautiful balcony to sit on and porch swings to enjoy! We were actually able to book the duplex of both houses so we had the whole run of the house to ourselves it was fantastic and if you have a large family I highly recommend it we had four different family groups split up between the two houses and there was more than ample space! It even has a private parking pad that fits two SUVs kind of snug or two smaller cars comfortably street parking is free neighbors are very sweet!

The Farmhouse is bright, sunny, spacious, and was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We loved having a short walk to the river followed by a breezy evening on the porch. Wonderful!!

We booked both units and it was really helpful. Both units are beautifully done and all needed amenities available. Location is also perfect. Parking, nice quiet street and walking distance to the waterfront.

Spacious, sunny house - can walk to everything!

Our family rented this place for a destination Wilmington wedding. The house fit us perfectly. It is clean, up to date, plenty of room and comfort - and we were able to walk back and forth to the events, dinner, and historic downtown. It is so close - but was quiet and felt very safe. Just a great vrbo - you can't go wrong. And the owner responds immediately when you have questions.

Stunning 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC
Mere minutes to the Famous River walk, restaurants and boutique shops tat make Wilmington so great. The balcony is stunning. Enjoy your coffee and hang with loved ones as you take in the breeze and scenery. 3 bedrooms have a queen, queen and king bed sleeping 6. We also have an air mattress available to accommodate 2 more for a total of 8 people. Dining room sits 6 comfortably maybe 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well
