This four bedroom three bathroom home is a 5 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte and a 12 minute drive to the Ski Resort. It is a half a mile from the nearest trails for hiking, biking, or Nordic skiing as conditions allow. It is a brand new construction with a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wifi. A workstation with a built-in desk is located in the TV room. The bunk room sleeps four, with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The attached garage has room for one car along with space for skis and boots, and the driveway has space for more off-street parking.
