Conveniently located 30 minutes from the charming fishing village of Southport, NC, 45 minutes from historic Wilmington, NC, and 45 minutes from bustling N. Myrtle Beach, SC, Holden Beach has something to offer individuals of all ages. The house is open and livable with ample seating for large groups. The baths were recently updated with new tile floors and showers. The master main level bedroom offers a newly renovated tile walk-in shower. All five bedrooms feature ceiling fans and flat screen televisions. The kitchen with new granite countertops is fully equipped to feed your army of hungry mouths.

Our four decks will satisfy the most dedicated sunbather. But your best entertainment is just a few steps to the beautiful, wide sandy beach Holden offers. Less than a mile from the western end of the island, shell collecting or long walks on a sunlit day will satisfy the young and old. Fabulous beach house!

Perfect for Large Family

The Graham Sport was the perfect size, location, and layout for our family vacation. The house is well maintained, updated, and clean. We loved the rocking chair porch where we enjoyed family time during our mornings and evenings. Having a place that is accessible with no stairs to the beach was a bonus!

Great house for the family

We spent a long weekend between xmas and new years on Holden beach which we visit every few years usually in the summer. house was great well equipped comfortable sleeping, modern kitchen, wifi and TV nice to have better than basic cable. Would definitely stay there again. Owner/manager is really helpful and focused on making sure we were happy!

This was a perfect week in a location that met all our needs, including the ramp for a sister with walking issues. The property needs a few items such as cutting board, measuring cups, sharp knives for cooking. We will be contacting vrbo to book again for next year.

The PERFECT beach getaway

Such a well appointed, thoughtful house! An actual fully stocked kitchen, lovely linens and plenty of space to spread out! Everything seemed very updated, furniture and decorations. The walk way to the beach looked brand new! You will be thrilled with this house!

Great place for all ages.

We had such a good time at this house. So comfortable for all, including young grandchildren. We didn’t have to worry about any steps going to the beach, flat boardwalk all the way to the sand. The bedrooms were great as well as the common areas. There was plenty of room for the little ones to move around. We could not have asked for anymore.

1st time at Holden Beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Graham Sport House! The house was exactly as described. Furnished very well, with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to move around. The handicapped ramp was perfect for my elderly parents. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back deck and soaking in the beautiful scenery.

Perfect!

Wonderful week in a well-planned, comfortable home. Everything was there to meet our needs - great kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of space and extras we did not expect. The house was clean and in good shape, as was the walkway down to the beach. The biggest problem was when we arrived, the upstairs smelled very strongly of insecticide, and the stench lingered all week despite attemps to air out those rooms. I’m glad we didn’t have insects but if I had other options I would not have stayed there. it can’t possibly have been healthy to inhale that all night.

Fabulous vacation....a spacious beach house in a great location!

The Graham Sport had plenty of room for 13 people and everything we needed for the house and the beach. The bedrooms are large and the living area is open to the kitchen and dining room, where there are plenty of seats for everyone! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The deck is terrific and creates an entire outdoor living area. The many balconies and amenities make this a great vacation choice. We would surely go back!

Awesome Beach Stay!

We loved our stay! The house is perfect for large families. The living space is all open concept so it was easy to socialize while in the living room, kitchen and dining area. The boardwalk to the beach is an easy walk and is all the way to the sand. Outdoor shower and sprayer so you can clean up when you come in from the beach. Kitchen is also stocked very nicely. I didn't really feel like I was missing anything. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Location, location, location

It is a 5 mile drive to get to the bridge to go anywhere. restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach is very open and private. There are many trade offs and driving 5 miles away from the bridge to get to a mostly private beach is well worth it. This home is handicapped accessible and allows someone with mobility issues to enjoy independence. 2bedrooms with king size beds also make it comfortable for our 6’5” family members. This is my 3rd time at this house and if I am going back to Holden again, I will stay here again.

Wonderful weekend away!

This long weekend of r and r was exactly what my family needed and in the perfect location, no less. The house is cozy and comfortable, stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two families staying and safe for children to run around. Staying beachfront is always important to us and this house fit the bill perfectly! We were able to leave our belongings on the beach while we ran up to the house for lunch and it was perfectly located for morning sunrise and evening sunset strolls. We will be back! This house was perfect for us!
