501 Burningtree Ct, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. A Bethany Beach Residential Parking Permit is provided in season, which provides access to Beach Parking free of charge, if available.

The windjammer style home has a recently renovated interior (lots of windows). The floor plan of the house includes a large great room with two bedrooms and a full bath on either side - perfect layout for two families to share. We know you will also enjoy many hours relaxing in the spacious 3 season window/screen porch.

Beautiful kitchen on a lovely corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach. The house is on a cul-de-sac in the well-established community of Bethany West. Close to the beach, amusements, and entertainment but far enough away from the summer chaos and congestion to enjoy peaceful days and nights.

The community has 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, and a great playground for the kids. Bethany West is also on the Bethany Beach Trolley Line for easy access to the beach.

Pool and fitness passes available for a few in season, at the community center located just down the street from house. Pass rates are as follows:
Daily rate is $10 per person (all persons over the age of 3)
Weekly rate is $30 per person (all persons over the age of 3)
Fitness Center Available Year Round - Free in the off season

LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED with this rental. Please bring your own linens, towels, paper goods, soaps and toiletries. Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience. Or choose the linen service of your choice. One that is close by and comes highly recommended is https://www.galeforcerentals.com. Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin/Single

RVs are not allowed to be parked in Bethany West. However, short term RV parking can be obtained at the Millville U-Haul - book a spot as early as possible because spots are limited.

Great property

This property is in a great location - a 1-minute walk to the Bethany trolly and just a short walk to a Wawa and a small local grocery store. It has a beautiful kitchen, all needed amenities for a family, and nicely sized, comfortable bedrooms.

Best family vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely home! The layout was perfect, and the sunroom was a great place to relax. Also enjoyed the wooded setting, gave it an extra plus after spending time at the beach. Easy to get downtown or beach, walking or driving, (thank you for the parking pass!) By far, one of our favorite places to stay ever!!!

Stay between lacrosse tournaments

Great place for 3 parents and 3 kids. Very good location within walking distance to the beach. Safe and close to everything. Big kitchen where we cooked many meals and a nice porch to hang out and play cards at night.

Lovely and clean

Very nice stay with very helpful hosts! We went with our two kids (4 and 2) and it was a great location with a clean comfortable home. You do have to pay for the pool but it’s only $20 pp.

This Bethany West house was beautifully renovated to make it a spacious, bright and convenient space for our stay. Bethany West is an awesome community and we took full advantage of the pools and fitness center and easy ride to the beach.

Can’t wait to return

My family and I were visiting family in the area and were looking for a place to stay for a long weekend to relax and enjoy the beach. Upon finding this house, I knew I found what I was looking for and it couldn’t have been any better. Everything was beautifully decorated, it was clean and the beds/couches were very comfortable. The outdoor shower came in very handy at the end of the beach day. It was perfect! Looking forward to our return!

Bethany West rental

Our stay was great. The property was within walking distance to the beach which was great. Having access to the residential parking pass was super for it made lugging everything to the beach much easier. The place was great for a rental everything we needed was there. The outside 3 season porch was great as well.

Amazing Getaway!

Our annual friends trip was well spent at this property! A 20 minute easy walk to the beach, and they provided everything we could’ve needed to spend the day there (umbrellas, chairs, etc.). The owners were so accommodating of our group and we had no issues getting into the home! Very clean and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a bit more space in Bethany!

Bethany Beach Family Vacation

This property was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, perfect location. It was terrific. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 children ages 8 and 10. The split floorplan allowed everyone to have their own space and the 2 bathrooms were perfectly located. Our only wish was that we could have utilized the screened in porch more. The weather was to blame there. But what a great space! Host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Return to Bethany Beach

This house was a great gem for our group of 8. It was clean and comfortable and the rooms were very nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals and we had that great back porch to hang out on in the evenings after our return from the beach. The shed had beach chairs and there was an outdoor shower that was great for rinsing off sand. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the information binder that we found upon our arrival was so helpful. We will definitely book again in the future!

The VRBO was as advertised. Clean, comfortable. Great location. Air conditioning worked great (and was needed.) All the basics were provided. I would definitely rent again. On the downside, having to bring own sheets and towels was a drag (though it was made clear from the listing) and some of the beds could have been more comfortable.

Felt Like Home

Nice and clean home, we felt relaxed while there. Location was great, and the parking permit made it really convenient when we wanted to drive into town. Other times we walked and also took the trolley. Close to great restaurants. We also enjoyed the Bethany West Community passes- we bought them for the week and made good use of the pool, courts and workout facility. The back porch was delightful, and I was so happy the house had an outside shower- great pressure and water temp.

Wonderful House Great Location

My family of four spent a week at this lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable. With a four year old and 19-month old, the single floor layout was great. Plus each child got their own room. We loved the updated kitchen and screened in porch, where we spent most evenings. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the beach, which we made quite frequently. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responsive to any requests we had. Will certainly stay here again.

Comfortable and well located

For our family of six, grandma, parents, 2 teenagers, and a college student, it was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is really well stocked with dishes etc. Coffee makers were great! Close to the beach but with all the stuff you take too far to walk but a parking pass is provided so that is awesome. I’d like to suggest the owners add window shades/coverings to the front windows for more privacy but not a deal breaker! Lots of games provided for all ages. Bringing your own sheets and towels could be inconvenient if you were flying here. Especially for so many beds/people. But overall a lovely place to stay with a large family. I also appreciated the binder with useful information! A nice touch!
