Stylish newly renovated 2/1 in ATLANTIC BEACH. Fully equipped kitchen, Outside patio for relaxing or dining, This super cute two bedroom has a king bed with nice closet space as well as full size bed and nice closet space in second bedroom. Guests love the location, easy walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, Saturday farmers market & parks. Parking is on site or on street. Pro tip get a rental beach cruiser bike delivered from Beach Life Rentals and you are all set. Prefer 90 day stay.
