Close to RMNP

This cabin was perfect for us, we were so close to the entrance to RMNP, making it easy to beat the worst of the crowds, quiet, beautiful view, everything we needed to relax after a great hike.

RMNP Visit

My family and I rented the cabin to visit RMNP for labor day weekend. The location was very convenient and having a kitchen was great. My biggest complaints included: having issues with the keys working, lack of decent Internet, and a crowded loving room. Besides that we had a pleasant visit

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Bed pillows need to be replaced.

The cabin was close to RMNP and to downtown with easy access to both. Off the highway enough that it felt secluded. Nice views of the mountains. We'll be back!

Awesome Get-away for a single person, tight for two, wouldn't recommend for kids.

Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Awesome views, close to town for supplies, but feels away from the maddening crowd. Tiny cabin, Queen Bed in very small bedroom, a futon as 2nd bed, but would completely overwhelm tiny living room-dining-kitchen area. The 3/4 bathroom, ample shower. Well furnished, provides more than the basics.

tiny but cozy

If you're a fan of Tiny House and think you could do it, go ahead. I've had cabins in the Smoky Mountains that were 3 x the size for less. No hot tub and not isolated at all.

Colorado girl at heart

I spent every summer at Wonderview — then known as Anderson’s Wonderview — when I was growing up, and have stayed In nearly all of the cabins there. It was fun to return with my husband. While Loch Vale doesn’t have the stunning views of Longs Peak that the others do, we loved its charm and coziness.

Quiet Cabin

Keep in mind that the cabin is small. We were aware of this when we booked, so this wasn't an issue. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt secluded even though there were other cabins around. We saw two elk the first day we were there! The cabin has a kitchen with just about anything you would need. Friendly suggestion to the property owner - Get rid of the futon and get a regular sleeper sofa. The futon just isn't practical for sitting on and relaxing after a day of hiking.

We spent two nights here and it was great! So close to the park entrance and town, but very quiet and the view was amazing.

Peace and Quiet

This was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway. Quiet, good view, good location. I liked being so near the entrance to RMNP and not having to drive through town to get there. The cabin had everything we needed. Saw elk, coyotes, even added a couple of new birds to my list. Thanks for a great weekend.

Nice views

We over estimated the size of the cabin. Our view was obstructed by tree limbs. All in all I would recommend this site to other people.

Extremely Happy BUT!!!!!!!!!

The cabin we rented was exactly what we wanted. However, the day we arrived we found that a construction crew was digging up the road to our cabin. We had to park in a field to get to the cabin. The next day we went to the managing company and asked what was going on? We were told that they were doing some minor work. After talking to the construction supervisor we were told that they were putting in all new sewer and water lines. They would be digging everything up around us for the entire summer. We went back to the managing company and got a discount plus an air conditioner as we could not open windows because of noise and dust.. HOWEVER!!! we had our water shut off on 3 different days. We never new what was going to happen next.We were told by the construction manager that the owners knew of this months in advance. We should have been told and given the opportunity to look for other properties. I would like to thank the property managers for doing what they did.

It was everything I needed

Every little detail was covered - whenever I needed something, I had it: a shovel, paper towels, a pizza cutter, an electric tea pot. Love the easy access to both town and the park. Great view from the deck! The heater works great, too! Very cozy!
