Why they chose this property
Excellent location! This property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is 5-10 minutes from the Jacksonville, Neptune, and Atlantic Beaches. Close to great fishing spots, the Naval Station, and more, it's perfect for visiting military families and workers, It's also conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and more. It's approximately 20 minutes from downtown Jax and St. Johns Mall.
What makes this property unique
This is a newer property, built in 2021, which is located in a quiet neighborhood with a lake out back. You will be delighted to sit out in the screened-in patio and feel the breeze blowing in the palm trees out back. Just relax and drink your favorite beverage!
