SummerBreeze is a renovated vacation cottage with 3 bedrooms only a 2 minute walk to the beach! Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults with 2 children (0-12) in the bunks. All you need (except bedding) is included to enjoy your vacation! Walk to the beach using the wagon for ease! Listen to the waves from your private deck! This cottage in NOT suited for 6 adults. Not winterized, available May - November

Spotless and updated with comfortable beds this cottage provides 650 sq ft of comfort and style very close to the beach....only a 2 minute walk! This cottage is perfect for a family vacation at Sauble! Private yard with great firepit and deck provides space to enjoy outdoors when not at the beach!
When you want to spend time downtown sauble Beach, Park anytime for free at our store on Main Street. Unique Pieces is located at the stop lights and provides plenty of parking for our cottage guests. We are available anytime to help you plan an adventure or a special dinner while on vacation!

Leah and Mitch have been providing high quality vacation cottages in Sauble Beach for over 10 years. We have built or renovated every cottage we own and have immense pride in each cottage. We also own a home / cottage decor store on Main Street in Sauble called Unique Pieces. We live full time in Sauble and are always available to answer questions and provide insight to the area.
Why they chose this property
Renovated and tastefully decorated, SummerBreeze is a great vacation cottage, located so close to The Beach, you can hear the waves. Enjoy a morning coffee on your private deck, or stroll to The Beach to enjoy. This cottage is located on the north side, an easy walk to the river and a small grocery store with great ice cream cones! Bedding is NOT provided.

Leah & Mitch are available to help in any way. Need advice to plan a day trip....we are always in Sauble and own Unique Pieces...a Home / cottage Decor Store...on Main Street. Free parking when you want to be downtown, at our store!
