Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, I did not get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked inviting. The convenience to OU was definitely a plus.

Very cute and clean

This place met all our needs for a family function and stay for a few days. The host was responsive. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is huge for us. Kitchen had everything we needed I would definitely stay here again.

the back yard is not as pictured....

I would suggest changing the picture on the website.....overall, it was a wonderful house ....very clean and well appointed. We will definitely return.

Excellent stay close to OU in a fun house!

Multigenerational family of six (ages 18-84) for a four night stay during Thanksgiving week. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, close to OU (easy to get to the stadium to see OU beat TCU!) with a super fun play room for the young adults. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Norman!

This was perfect for our needs! We had a baseball tournament this weekend and me and my other two coaches stayed. Plenty of space to get away from each other and hang out if we wanted. Shower pressure was amazing lol that’s always key!! Highly recommended if you’re looking to find a smaller place to get away for a few days. Owner was very responsive and gracious.

I really wanted to love it. But the AC ruined it.

Lemme start with the positives. The host is incredibly nice and attentive. It has everything you need for a family dinner down to seasonings. Also, the inside looks exactly like the photos for the most part, except the broken blinds in the kitchen and dining room. And the game room was super cute. However, as much as i loved interacting with the host and the cuteness of the layout, i have to mention the lack of air conditioning. We literally put the AC unit down to 45 and were still sweating in the living room. Nothing was coming through the vents. Which is why we never even used the game room. I assumed the AC issue was a known issue since the bedrooms all had box fans in the closets. Also the bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped. But at one point everything was just blowing around hot air. And since the back yard Adirondack chairs were broken (previous storm) we were not able to congregate outside. The poor kids had to keep coming in and out of the house to cool off. If the AC worked this would be a perfect spot, but for the price, yikes. And i cannot imagine staying when the heat is higher than 65.

Great Find!

We had a wonderful time while we stayed at Peters lovely rental property. Everything with Peter was so easy and smooth and it was wonderful working with him. He answered my messages immediately and went above and beyond. The property is exactly as pictured. It's super clean, with very comfortable beds and has everything you need while staying. It's very close to the OU campus and an all round super find! Do not hesitate to book this wonderful property if you are looking for a great, clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting the Norman, OK area. Thank you for everything Peter!

Sweet Sooner Suite!

Peter was very responsive and helpful while booking our rental. There was a snag with vrbo, but he took care of it and we were able to get the dates needed for our trip! This house was great and exactly as advertised. Clean home, comfy beds, cool media room and backyard with a fire pit! House had everything we needed!! An extra bathroom would be a plus, but we made due. Will definitely book this Sweet ‘Sooner Suite’ again!

Travel Ball

The house was cozy and perfect size! I traveled with my family of 4 for a softball tournament at Reaves park. My kids and my husband enjoyed the media/game room. The ping pong table was a big hit for them!!!The beds were very comfortable and the house was extra clean. Also, the neighborhood id peacful and we never once felt unsafe. The area was friendly and people are always out walking their dogs. Made us feel at home.The host was great and the home is definitely a must!!!
