This sweet house is located right in the heart of the historic downtown Cody, Wyoming. It is full of character with the original plinth blocked trim and unique layout. The complete newly renovated interior of the house gives the 1917 historic build a fresh and clean, yet cozy feel. The house features an open entry way that walks you right into the dining area and opens into the living room space. The living room area features a flat screen smartTV and the house is equipped with free WiFi connectivity. The house has 3 bedrooms each having a queen sized bed and an additional flat screen smartTV in the master bedroom. The house sleeps 6 in beds (2/queen bed) but there are 3 couches that children can sleep comfortably if the extra sleep space is needed. The private backyard and patio provides for a secluded gathering space for outdoor dining.

Your short walk through the historic neighborhood will take you to all of the amazing restaurants, boutique shops, The Irma Hotel, The Cody Theater and The Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum. Whether you are here for a family reunion or just a get away to explore the Yellowstone National Park, Cody is the place to be! With so many daily events, it is often hard to choose what to fill your time in City Park, The Cody Night Rodeo, golfing at Olive Glenn Golf Course visiting the Buffalo Bill Reservoir or fishing in other area lakes, taking in a scenic drive up the Chief Joseph Hwy leaves no chance for boredom.

We loved this house and the location. Jaime was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I would suggest blinds for the front door area at nighttime.

We booked this property for a father / son fishing trip in the area, and the property was perfect for our stay. House is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the restaurants and attractions in town. House was very clean and spacious.

Lovely house in a great location

We had a great stay - the house is super convenient for downtown Cody and was the perfect size for our family of five. Two teeny niggles - 1) a lack of hairdryer and 2) the driveway slope is super steep (we were warned and were v careful, but it could cause some serious damage!) Otherwise all great!

This cute cottage was a perfect place for our family to stay while in Cody for a family get-together over the 4th. The house was very clean, outfitted well and comfortable. The location, an easy walk to downtown, was ideal for us.

Cozy home, great location

We loved our stay in this home in Cody. The location is perfect, close to everything. The owners really make the place feel like home. We appreciated the laundry facilities, including pods and dryer sheets. Beds were so comfortable and there were signs and brochures that answered every question we could have had. Our favorite place to stop on our road trip, thank you Jamie!

Beautiful home

This home is just beautiful. We enjoyed the finished rehab and imagined what it must have looked like before. My sister, my friend and I had a wonderful time exploring both Yellowstone and Cody. It’s in a great location close to downtown. We loved having the grill to stay and cook a meal instead of going out each night. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose and would recommend it 100%.

Spacious and clean home with great location.

Home was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy. Outdoor space was great, but could use a couple more chairs. Downtown Cody is an easy walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the property as a great place to stay in Cody.

We loved how clean and roomy this felt- we only have two suggestions for future guests- Have a 12cup coffee pot available- we had to make multiple mini brews each morning- Ice trays for the fridge and a hair dryer for the bathroom- we were lucky and had friends we were visiting so they borrowed us theirs. Other than that maybe a table for outside to sit around- clean, easy to access and close to Sheridan Ave

Charming cottage

We loved our time in Cody, getting to re-connect with family, and this little cozy home was the perfect place for us. We loved being able to walk to the Big Chill, go to the park or whatever. Thank you for letting us stay in this sweet little home!

Beautiful and convenient

The owners did a phenomenal job of rehabbing the place. It is beautiful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and that it was walking distance to the downtown area. We had a minor hiccup with the water but Jamie took care of it immediately so that it didn't impact our stay. Jamie was very friendly and responsive from the start. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone.
