A really good location and a nice condo

This was our fourth stay within the complex and our first stay at this unit. The inside of the condo was very clean. Both beds were comfortable. The interior of the unit was very quiet and the air conditioning was perfect throughout the unit. The upstairs bathroom was very convenient. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were a nice touch. Kitchen is fully stocked for a long term stay. Neighbors were very nice. Pool area was spotless. Beach is always beautiful. The Royal Palms Beach Club next door is currently under going a restoration. Camana Bay is a must see and is just a short walk across the street. Scoops Ice Cream next door has the best milk shakes. There's a liquor and beer store right across the street. Plenty of parking at the complex.

Overall everything was good. issues when we arrived and during the stay with smoke detectors peeping, that were quickly resolved. Very convenient location to walk to Camana Bay area.

Excellent location

Excellent location with a super pool and beach access. The condo is spacious for two people and has lots of beach towels and beach equipment. The kitchen is well equipped and also has some basic provisions and toiletries. There were some issues with the locks which broke but Heather and Justine dealt with this as soon as they could. We were without water for two half days due to nearby building works drilling through a water pipe but we were kept informed about this and it could not have been predicted. Our main concern was the floors which appeared to not have been cleaned when we arrived. The porch was disappointing as was covered with leaves on entry. It wasn’t pleasant enough to eat out in or chat and more could be made out of this space. The hairdryer started sparking, but was replaced when mentioned. The bed linen downstairs in the main bedroom was comfortable but in the upstairs, the bed linen was polyester which made it quite uncomfortable in the heat. On the whole this condo is ideal if you’re travelling a short distance, say from Miami etc but for a long, holiday of a lifetime/style, trip from the UK - there are tweeks/improvements that could be made to warrant the price and journey. Our issues/compliments were fully communicated to the property managers and they seemed pleased to take constructive feedback on board, although a small refund as a gesture in acknowledging the issues and the impact they had on part of our holiday would have been appreciated.
