It is a tranquil location perfect for a friends or family retreat. You feel as though you've stepped back in time but all the infrastructure is pure, modern convenience. This is a historic home filled with character and views in every direction. A lovely, 35 min drive to Tanglewood, Lenox & Lee , Jacob's Ladder (20), Stockbridge (45), Great Barrington, (55), Williamstown (60), and all that the Hilltowns offer - enjoy hiking, walking, swimming in waterfalls, or enjoy a day pass at Mirival Spa, lunch at the Red Lion Inn, some antiquing, The Clark Museum, Mass Mocha and innumerable gardens and historic home visits - or just lie in a hammock and read or paint while sitting on one of many patios. There is something for everyone here at Sunday Farm. We own another VRBO property in Greenport, Long Island with 53 (5) Star reviews.

My husband and I fell in love with this historic property and have spent the last 4 years restoring the house and modernizing it, with the goal of maintaining its bucolic and historic feeling. Off the radar but close to everything! No visible neighbors, no leaf blowers - wonderfully peaceful.
What makes this property unique
Please keep in mind that this is a home and not a hotel! We do leave you the basics - from a fully stocked kitchen with anything a seasoned chef would want, a pantry full of spices, oils, various kinds of vinegar (including our own homemade), and condiments for you to use. TP, paper towels, shampoo, soap, and towels are all included. Being off the radar means you just need to bring your special items.
We also own a home on the North fork of LI and rent through VRBO. We have Premier host status and consistent 5-star reviews for 13 years and running.
