This hidden gem is located behind the Geneva SPIRE Institute, in the heart of Ohio's wine country and minutes from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! You will be close to everything when you stay at this home!

Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
▪️Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Everything we needed

The house was cozy and quiet, just perfect for our needs. It was so nice having 3 queen beds and space for us to sprawl out a bit after being at a volleyball tournament for 7-8 hours. It had everything we needed and hopefully the next time we need to come to Geneva we will be able to stay again.

Spire Institute Stay

My husband and I were in town to attend our son’s meet at the Spire Institute. The location of this house was absolutely perfect and our host was wonderful!

Weekend Volleyball Tournament @ Spire Academy

Everything was Excellent except the ICY Sheets/Patches in front of the garage and sidewalks, making it difficult to use the back entrance.

Ghost hunting trip

The property was lovely and perfect for out short trip. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again. The following are opportunities for improvement * check windows. About 50% were unlocked near the group floor and we alone the first coupke days (scary) * there are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom door. This was fine since it was just family but would have been an issue with friends or friends of frienda. * the sliding door and window over the kitchen sink needs better coverage. It was like being in a fish bowl and we covered them up with blankets.

Wine trip

We rented this VRBO for a couples/friends getaway in wine country. The place was clean and served our needs for our weekend getaway. We also utilized this rentals discount for the wine tour bus through GoGeneva. Was a nice perk to the rental! Definitely recommend for an affordable trip to wine country.!

Perfect for my needs

The house was perfect for what i was looking for. Had plenty of parking, nice back yard for chilling outside, had surrounding trees for privacy. Perfect for 3 person fishing crew. Close to boat ramp, and couple different options for meals..just what i was looking for

Girl's Wine Trip!

The property was clean and great for our stay! It was central to all the wineries, which is why we were there. The only thing that I would suggest would be to put full length mirrors in each of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay! Very cute and cozy!!

Great location for SPIRE

We were in town for an even at the SPIRE institute and the location was perfect-5 minutes away. There are restaurants and coffee shops close by (walking there might be tricky due to busy roads) and easy access to the Thruway. The house, though older, is clean and spacious and has a great backyard. We would stay again!

Quick weekend

We were coming in for an event at Spire Academy that was being held on Saturday so we flew in Friday night and back out on sunday. It was the perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport within less than an hour and only 5 minutes from Spire academy. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

A Cozy Stay at Rebekah's Place: A Home Away from Home

My recent stay at Rebekah's Place proved to be an experience worth sharing. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, the location provided the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions that made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Walking into Rebekah's Place, we were immediately impressed by the warm and inviting feel. What truly set this place apart were the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, making home-cooked meals an enjoyable affair. The coffee bar, featuring local flavors, was a delightful addition that added a unique touch to our mornings. As for the location, it was ideal. We were just a short drive away from several local wineries that offered tastings and tours, adding a wonderful dimension to our stay. Other attractions were also within easy reach, making our daily excursions hassle-free. The living accommodations were spacious, providing more than enough room for me, my friend, and her dog. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every corner reflecting thoughtfulness and attention to detail. One minor issue we encountered was the ventilation in the house. The second floor tended to get a bit warm and a portable AC unit would be a great addition to ensure comfort throughout the property. Despite the minor ventilation issue, I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I certainly look forward to my next stay at Rebekah’s!

Comfortable

An older place but clean. Carpets could use a scrub and I’m not a fan of memory foam mattresses. But overall stay was good. Everything you need and close to a lot of the wineries.

Good little house!

This house is as advertised! It was very clean and cute. Three decent size bedrooms with TVs, most necessities were all included. The beds were comfortable. The lot is in a quiet area and it is very convenient for events at SPIRE and close to wineries. We just had a mix-up with the access code, but the host responded quickly.
