Cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is perfect for the couple who loves comfort, quiet, and the beauty of Marathon.
As an all ground-level home, guests are always pleased with the ease of access inside and out. This property is fully updated with stainless appliances and all new furnishings. The living room features a flat-screen smart TV plus a pull-out couch. The bedroom features a plush queen bed. The large screened-in porch is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner by the water.
The home also comes prepared with linens and towels. A fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, drinkware & utensils. Lightning fast WiFi, AC, bait freezer, and plenty of storage.

Amazing place

The house was clean and well stocked. The dock area out back great and the water was your own personal reef with a lot of amazing fish to enjoy and watch. A great stay at a beautiful place.

Very clean and easy to access. The canal was awesome. Saw wildlife. Only issue which really wasn’t was view of propane tank across canal and noise from traffic but not a deal breaker for us. Thanks so much!!

Excellent Stay!!

Fantastic property in Marathon. The house was very clean, had plenty of towels, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Nice dock at the very end of a canal, so there aren’t any waves. Great location for the boat, but pulling into the canal from the channel can be a little tricky depending on the current, as mentioned by another review, but it’s nothing too bad as long as you take it slow. Two Conch’s charters is directly across from the house on the canal, and they have a gas station for the boat which was super convenient, especially because their prices were competitive with the Circle K across the street. The host, Bert, was great about answering any questions we had. My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Best Vacation Rental in Marathon!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this location for a week at the start of regular lobster season. It's honestly one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayedt. The unit is small (accurately advertised) but has EVERYTHING you need. The kitchen is very well stocked. I like to cook a lot of fresh catch while I'm in the keys so I bring a lot of my own cookware.... It stayed in the truck. The unit had it all. Cutting boards, pots, pans, and an entire drawer stocked full of cooking utensils. The closet had extra linens for the pull out couch, which came in handy when one of our Key West friends came to visit and had a few too many drinks to drive home. It wasn't a problem at all. If there is a negative about this unit, this would be the only one. The dockage is not for amateur boaters. I have been driving boats for 30+ years and I found it slightly intimidating with the rocks around the bridge and the sometimes swift current. We rented a 20' center console and never really had a big issue, but I took it slow and sometimes we had to just let the boat coast in or throw a line and pull ourselves in. If you have little to no experience boating, I do not recommend this location. If you have a decent amount of experience you should be fine. Aside from that I highly recommend this unit and will absolutely stay there on my next Marathon trip! josh Apollo Beach, Florida
