Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 3rd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.

Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Lovely stay!

Beautiful view, spacious, pristine, and nicely decorated property. We stayed mid November so it was very quiet, which suited us nicely. Fyi, Parking is very close to the marina waters which tended to rise some mornings, but it never fully blocked us in.

Spacious Quiet Getaway

Great property just off the Main Street. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, but feels secluded and tucked away. Everything feels new and clean open.

Wedding anniversary weekend

Beautiful views all day long, wonderful waking up with a coffee over looking the bay and even better ending the day watching the sunset with an adult beverage. The place was fantastic and my wife and I loved it, thank you so much!

In town for the Golden Retriever Jubilee

Great pet friendly place. Close to everything. Spacious. Bright. As others have noted, sometimes you can hear the folks in the downstairs unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

We had a great time at Dewey beach with all the grand kids, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short drive to Rehoboth beach! I love the pet friendly town. Owner responded immediately to all questions as we settled in to the rental. Only suggestion is to let renters know its on the 3rd floor and have to take steps and would suggest adding instructions on how to use TV and appliances in the rental instructions.

Great Location Nicely Decorated Condo

We had a great family vacation in this lovely spacious home. We parked our car and walked anywhere we needed to go. We all enjoyed the porch overlooking the marina, including our dog. We had a few glitches when we first arrived but the property manager responded and everything was handled appropriately and immediately.We will definitely consider returning again next season.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage hier. Das Apartment ist super für Familien, Lage ist super - Strand, Shops, Restaurants - alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Donnie war sehr bemüht, alles super zu regeln. Danke nochmal dafür, wir würden wieder kommen.

Great stay

This property is in a great location and is much more spacious and bright than the pictures show. We had a fantastic stay. The second bedroom has full sized mattresses on the bunk beds so that room could actually sleep 6 and no need to use the sofa bed. As others noted, this is a 3rd floor walk up. Not an issue for my group but could be for others.

Worked well for golf trip

Me and 7 of my friends, all 28-30, come down every year for an annual beach/golf trip. It worked just fine. We aren’t big party group anymore, and we don’t need much as far as accommodation. The rental was fine. Didn’t use anything in the kitchen except the fridge, which worked well. The balcony overlooking the bay is nice. You can access the dock that’s right outside across the parking lot. It goes pretty far out which was cool to watch the sun set. You can hear the music from The Rudder pretty good towards the end of the night, didn’t bother us but could bother others. It suited us fine.

Great location and view

Very nice place. Plenty of room for 2 of us, would be great for a family, too. Enjoyed the balcony even in rain. Walkable to so much. Remember to bring tp, paper towels and tissues. No garbage bags or dish soap... But no biggie. I definitely recommend this place!

Nice place but!

The rental was clean and roomy. The issue we had was not being told it was 3 floor walk up! We’re in out 70’s and walking up and down the many flights was an issue for us. It should have been in the property description.
