This updated home is small but mighty. Enjoy the newly renovated eat-in kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Make good use of the standing desk in the office nook. Put up your feet on the enclosed patio. The back yard is fenced.
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, 5 miles to UF and Shands, and minutes to downtown Gainesville. I-75 is readily accessible for access to the springs.
