Warm and welcoming 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom Villa in the beautiful, gated community of Watermill Villas. Conveniently located just off hte North South Highway, and just a short 8 minutes drive from the world-famous Ocho Rios.
Plumeria is the perfect spot for relaxing with family and friends, or for that private getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
As you stroll throuth the French doors, you can lounge on the private patio nestled by the lush green Jamaican foliage. Just a few ste[s away is the swimming pool, if you need a dip! With a short 5 minutes walk, there is private access to the shores of hte Old Fort Bay Beach (armband access required) with the crystal waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level.
The upper level consists of a bright and spacious primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and overlooks the swimming pool downstairs. The second bedroom, has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units and ceiling fans for your comfort.
