This condo has tons of natural light and spacious living area, separate dining room, huge kitchen with bar space enough to accommodate 4 barstools. Open concept at its finest with a Coffee Bar and all its accessories. Or grab a STARBUCKS to go as there is now one on the property as of 2024!! Step into your master suite that boasts a King sized bed and enjoy a spa bathroom with a jetted tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed and separate bathroom. Walk out into your screened in porch to enjoy the birds chirping and listen to the waterfall pond behind this condo. The local ducks love our condo and will visit often. There is also a pool and playground on site for your convenience to use. If your a family with kiddos our condo is equipped with a high chair, pack n play, and some toys for your stay with us. Our condo is 10 mins from the main strip of Hwy 76. There is also a state park 2 mins up the road for you to put your boat and lake toys into the beautiful Table Rock Lake. Cozy Condo

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Branson, MO. The property was clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Welcoming Space

This was a great booking for our week+ stay in Branson while visiting family. The condo is so light and airy, such cute decor. Amenities were as needed and extra little touches by the owner made it even more! Definitely would book again if we find ourselves in Branson!

Great place!

The owner is so nice and friendly! We appreciated a true vacation stay-no list of check out to do’s, just a warm thank you and they sent us on our way without lifting a finger. Loved the beach decor-really gives the unit a fun vacation feel. The beds were comfy! We’ll definitely stay again our next trip if it’s available.

Fall Meets Beach

The condo was beautifully decorated as pictured in photos. Brooklyn was so accommodating and answered any questions we had. Even though the condo’s theme is beach, there were lots of fall decorations. I loved the patio lights. I sat out there every night. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book this same condo again!

Wonderful Condo for a family vacation

We stayed for 3 nights to have a small family vacation in Branson. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Brooklyn was a fantastic host, making sure all of our needs were met before we even arrived. The pools are within walking distance and the kids loved going swimming every morning and evening. The stay was fantastic overall!

Excellent condo!

Condo was very clean and cheerful! Felt like I was at home. The screened in porch was a nice place to sit and listen to the fountain and relax. The owner answered all my questions promptly and made our stay easy.

Cozy Enjoyable Condo

All of us enjoyed this condo--very cozy and nicely decorated. It was very open and had lots of space. We also liked the screened in porch. Would have preferred a walk-in shower in the master bedroom instead of a jacuzzi. However we plan on renting here again.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time/stay! The condo was incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we needed to have a great vacation. It was really spacious with a large kitchen, family room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The communication with the property owner kept us fully informed and readily available to answer any of our questions. We also loved the location which was near the State Park Marina and Moonshine Beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious, clean and comfy

The Beach House was exactly as advertised. Cute beach decor, very clean, good-sized bedrooms with comfy beds, updated baths and kitchen, and easy parking right in front of the property. My friend and I appreciated the welcome message on the blackboard and the complimentary snack and beverages. Thanks for a lovely relaxing weekend!

Week in Branson

We came to Branson for a softball tournament. Nice spacious condo had 2 nice size bedrooms and pull out couch. Loved having kitchen to cook and screened in porch to enjoy time outside without insects. It was close to Moonshine beach to enjoy the water. The place was very clean when we arrived. Owners were very responsive to questions as well as information before we arrive. We have already recommended this condo to others as a place to stay and I am certain we will stay agan in the future.

Best VRBO Experience ever!

Condo was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Very clean, great location. Check-in was flawless. My wife and mother and sister in law had the best weekend. We have rented several condos on VRBO over the past 5 years. Condo owner Brooklyn was the best I’ve rented from. Made us feel really appreciated. Communication before, during, and after stay was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would give it 10 stars if allowed.

Close to everything you want to do in Branson!

My husband and I and cousin stayed for 8 days in Branson and the location of this condo couldn’t have been better for us. We were 10 minutes from everything we did, except Dogwood Canyon which is 30 min from Branson. The condo is clean and Comfortable! Everything worked well, plenty of hot water and having a washer dryer and full kitchen was Pefect over the Thanksgiving week! Brooklyn was wonderful at communicating and offered to bring us a roaster so we could cook our turkey at the condo. The beach theme is soooo cute ! Beds are comfortable and snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Plenty of towels, hair blow dryer, etc..just bring your own shampoo and your energy and be ready for a fun filled time in Branson!
