My Tiki-style house is a brand new construction in the Villas at Rollover Bay!

The house is on stilts that can only be reached by stairs. Sorry, there is no elevator. There is a front outdoor deck space. The living room and kitchen/dining island occupy the same entry space. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and above those is a loft that is accessed via a ladder. Someone could sleep on the couch if needed. There is a community pond and a large recreational deck in the neighborhood also available to guests.

The entire property is accessible to guests with the exception of the owner's closet.
