We had a great trip!! Love the location and quick response in communication with check in and other questions! The only negative is that it can get loud with traffic noise being close to the road but the convenience of being able to walk to City Harbor and to shopping was wonderful!! Would stay again for sure!!

Great location and that’s it
We got there and there was an alive bird sitting in the window. As much as I appreciate the owner sending someone to get the bird out, it had droppings all inside including one of the beds. The bunk beds creak everytime you move and the other bedroom couldn’t turn the light off without the fan going off as well. The living room area is the only section that has an air conditioning unit and the door even when locked would be able to be pushed open. With the fees added I would have rather just stayed at City Harbour. I should have read the prior review to see what I was getting into. Love the location and that was the only plus. There was a washing machine that appeared dirty on the outside and the dryer was hooked up out back in a little area with the plug going over the door area making it so that you would have to step over the cord.

Nice pictures represented, would be nice for summer stay.
We stayed in the winter and the house was freezing cold. There was a heater in the living room. No heating in the rest of the house including kitchen bedrooms, and bathrooms. No stove. Mini fridge and microwave and toaster provided. Sheets provided in guest rooms but blanket only on master bed. House not fully renovated as pictures appear. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, coffee, pots & pans, etc. Construction next door and on driveway. On the positive, nice TV and host allowed us a little longer stay. Very kind. City Harbour only 3 minute walk.

NO CENTRAL A/C
Our stay was in mid-June. This rental has the potential to be very charming. One side of the building belongs to the MLFA and the other is the rental. Photos have been touched up to make it appear newer than it is. There is a mini split A/C unit in the living room that feeds the entire space. The lack of airflow in the bedrooms is not ideal for sleeping. There is an LED fan in the larger room, but the light could not be turned off for use at night. The frame of the bottom bunk bed is broken and the cute throws are paper thin as are the pillows. There is a mini fridge and microwave. No stove/oven as advertised. The bathroom is fine other than the fact there were a few tiny dead bugs in the bathtub making it appear that it had not been rented/freshened up in a while.
The location is convenient and walking distance to City Harbor. There is some road noise but nothing a sound machine wouldn't help with.
I would advise others to bring fans, blankets, pillows, and a sound machine. Crank the mini split A/C down low in the evening and close off doors to every room other than the bedrooms to try and cool the bedrooms.
*The manager was very kind to bring a portable fan for us to use the second night.
