☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That's why we've made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack 'n play with crib sheets, a high chair, sound machine, baby bath, baby monitor, as well as children's cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself. The windiest season is April through June

☆ Noise: Please note we are near the airport so you can see/hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! They do have a curfew.

☆ Air Conditioning: Our home and many other desert homes have fully functioning Air Conditioners however during the peak of summer when the outside temperature raises above 110 degrees, we recommend setting out AC thermostat to no less than 73 degrees as it can freeze our AC unit. Please have all windows and doors closed during summer while the AC is running

☆ Guest Access: As our guests, you'll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. Getting Around
