Island Tower is an exclusive and elegant condo, with its oversized floorplans, floor to ceiling panoramic glass windows, and gracious balcony spaces. This WEST corner 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is perfect for sunsets (and sunrises too). From the open kitchen and main living area, you're surrounded by water views from the 16th floor. The primary suite is ideally situated to maximize the Gulf views while offering private balcony access. The bathroom space is a comfortable size with double vanities, separate shower and jetted tub, plus a walk-in closet. The additional guest bedrooms both have private access to a shared balcony, one is an ensuite. Amenities include 3 floors of parking (2 are covered), two guest parking passes per stay, beautiful infinity outdoor and indoor pools, gulf front fitness room, BBQ, and boardwalk access to the beach. Convenient walking distance to some great restaurants and super cool festivals.

Wonderful location and property

My family had a fantastic stay. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with beachy decor. Every bedroom has a beautiful view. We were able to see dolphins and listen to the surf from the balcony. It was so nice to have both indoor and outdoor pools available. Great location, easy walk to stores and restaurants. Scott was immediately responsive to questions and very kind.

Great Room with a Great View

The unit was a great stay, was very clean and had all the things we needed to make our stay so easy. The only complaint was the parking was very narrow and sometimes hard to access if you have a big SUV. However, the condo was perfect and had a wonderful view of the gulf.

Great for a beach trip!

Scott’s place was amazing! From the breathtaking views onto the Gulf, clean space, generous amenities, amazing proximity to the attractions of Gulf Shores and everything fully stocked, this was a great stay. The host was very attentive to any questions and made sure that we were happy on our trip. Would definitely recommend staying at Scott’s condo!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic condo! This place is great, and Scott couldn't have been nicer. Clean, comfortable beds with nice linens, wonderful views + all amenities. The building was under construction during our stay (outdoor pool closed + a few other minor hiccups). Once work on this building is completed this will undoubtedly be one of the best places to stay in the entire area. We would love to return. Don't hesitate to book!

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The condo was quiet and well equipped. The building exterior was being worked on so the outdoor pool was closed, but it was too cold to swim while we were there anyway. I would 100% stay here again and recommend!

Getaway Paradise

Fantastic condo, location, experience. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from the 16th floor were spectacular--from both balconies! The AC was strong and kept us cool. The furniture is new and high quality. The smart nightstands in master suite with charger ports was a nice touch. The WiFi was strong. The laundry room was used every day, and the beach chairs and beach toys we found in there were an added bonus. We were concerned that our 16th floor location would amount to lots of wasted time waiting on elevators, but we never had to wait more than 45 seconds for an elevator and rarely stopped on irrelevant floors. The beach was debris-free and not overly crowded, with white sand that never overheated our bare feet. The condo location is walking distance to great pizza and restaurants, souvenir shops, beach volleyball, beverage stores, and a local grocery market. Thank you for a great experience!
