Hoff Avenue Casita is an urban retreat in the heart of Tucson. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath Casita has a fenced backyard area. PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is not private and SHARED with other guests who rent the front 3-bed, 2-bath home, which is also listed on Vrbo. Casita guests will have their own private entrance via a gate and use a front door keypad to enter the Casita.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

Excellent Location

Outstanding location. Quick walk to 4th Ave and Tucson Streetcar. Very easy to get in and out of the city as well. Good for a short stay with plans to eat out. The pictures on VRBO represent the place well. The hosts were outstanding.

Great little place downtown

Great little place with an excellent outdoor space. Walking distance to downtown was great, however, we did experience attempted bike theft off of our car. The thief cut our lock within 2 hours of our arrival, however, thankfully, a neighbor scared them off and let us know to take our bikes (and other valuables) inside. House and property felt safe, just don't leave any valuables on or in your car.

Sweet place! Excellent location!

Very close to downtown and 4th Street eateries and clubs. Pleasantly surprised to be here for the 4th Street Spring Street Fair! Awesome event!Place was as advertised. Small but good for one or two travelers. Relaxing exterior courtyard. Only issues were the bands playing downtown until 2 am and trains all night. I could sleep through anything though. Plus the mini splits to cool the place need a little work. Error code on one and no control over the other. Temps were great so not a big issue.Overall woul definitely here again…

A little Surprise!

Sweet casita with full yard, loved being outside in the evenings. Inside totally modern, clean, comfortable, cute, great bed and shower, will be back!

Exactly the right location!

We wanted a quick getaway on the train and this location was the absolute best. We could walk to all the fun things to do in the area and even walk back to the train when we left. You are close to the train track but because the train is below grade, it is not a problem. The casita was perfect for a couple and I would stay there again!

AMAZING CASITA!

Where do I begin!? This casita was absolutely perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for a nice getaway and the location to great food, shopping and the uniqueness of 4th Ave was such a joy! There’s a great little courtyard for drinking coffee in the morning or reading a book. We will definitely be staying here again and definitely rate a 5 out of 5!
